Worst experience ever
Went there to buy a used car
They insisted on putting a deposit to reserve the car, so we did
And started out a finance application even got a pre-approval
And 3 days later i got a call saying that the car is no longer available as it was sold to someone else.
Totally unprofessional and such a waste of my time.
This is the worst car shopping experience i ever had in my life.
Would not recommend to anyone.

I had a very bad experience, but I was given very good service, the salesman was very attentive, no reservations for him. When I closed the purchase of my Dodge Hornet, they asked for a deposit to hold the car, so far so good. I customized the car as I wanted, and according to them, the car of my dreams was available in a nearby store. They gave me 4 days for delivery, so far so good. 4 days later they called me to ask if it could be another car because the one I had chosen had been sold, that's right, I gave a sign to hold the car and they still didn't hold the car! 1 week later they called me asking if I didn't want a car in white, I had asked for black. I didn't accept. Another 2 weeks later, after calling several times and without a plausible answer, they gave me the option of returning the advance. I asked for this because I had no hope of my car ever arriving. Another week later, I received the news that they were going to send my money, which I had paid by card, by check by mail.
In short, more than a month without a car and without any money. In other words, the advance payment isn't to hold you over from buying the car, it's to hold you over from making another car purchase while they screw you over.

I was in a pinch with a lighting issue. I rolled up and they jump into action and helped fix it and throw in free bulbs. They were kind and great.

9500km on the truck and the first day I need defrost, the blower motors gone.I’m alone with one truck and an infant. I have to get him to daycare and then get myself to work every week day. They can’t get me in until Nov 7 and can’t offer me a loaner vehicle. Hell, they can’t even tell me if it’s warranty work.I’m honestly shocked and disappointed. I really need help as I can’t drive the truck in this weather without leaning out the window like Ace Ventura.I feel stuck and I have no idea what to do. I shouldn’t have to pay for this repair out of pocket but I guess I’ll have to find a third party company to do it ASAP. This most definitely should be warranty work.

I cannot say enough great things about the staff at South Trail Dodge. We came in from out of town with a "mysterious" electrical problem on our 2008 Dodge Ram and Phil, along with the service staff, Trevor and Jenn, really stepped up to get us back on the road. They worked hard to figured out the problem and had it fixed in no time. Thank you Phil and your Service Team.

Great staff, very knowledgeable and friendly, lots of inventory and got a great deal on my new vehicle, very pleased and will be back, the showroom and service area are supper clean and beautiful, they have a play area for kids and even a place to get your haircut while your vehicle is being service.
