We bought a brand new 2024 Jeep compass from Maecen. He was amazing finding the exact vehicle we needed with all the options right for us. So much new technology yet he explained everything patiently and made sure we were comfortable with everything. I will be recommending Maecen without a doubt to spread the word.

Alim is the go to guy. Got me my dream vehicle in the best possible deal I could ask for, great customer service. He was very reasonable and for that much of a time he helped us, which was more than a month, he made my dream possible. Big shout out to him. He is still a guy that I’m in contact with, in case I have any vehicle-related questions.

Dealt with their salesperson, Ricardo, last night and this morning. That was more than enough for us.
It’s a good thing we went into this with two other offers on the table so we know what the trade in value of our vehicle truly is.
Ricardo and his team tried to convince us that our vehicle is worth $40,000 instead of the two other dealerships who have both offered us $50,000.
I pity anyone who deals with this business, assuming they’re going to be treated fairly.
Run, don’t walk, away from this dealership!

Very positive experience from tge start, my salesman Lee Pornasdoro was very friendly, kind and informative and not pushy. Immaculate dealership with friendly professional staff. Nairin Fons made the signing of documents easy, quick and effortless all t's and i's dotted. I'd recommend this dealership 100% and prices were very competitive.

Purchased a used truck from this car dealership 2 weeks ago and was very satisfied with the whole experience. My husband was looking at the options and a very kind gentlemen named Noel was nice enough to take his time and explain to my husband as to what the best option is for him. I recently had the pleasure of buying a 2023 Ram 1500 from South Trail.
I’ve bought many vehicles from dealerships over the years, but the experience here by far exceeds any other.
From start to finish, all in a few hours, Rahul made me feel very comfortable, he had meticulous knowledge of the product and placed zero pressure on me to buy, but rather, respected my time and my consideration of other vehicles that I was looking at elsewhere.
I would definitely recommend Sales Manager Brad, and sales Executive Rahul to anyone that is in the market for a new or used vehicle.
