Spec R was able to get my tires quickly (quicker than any other place) in the middle of winter. I had them ordered and installed within a week and everyone was super kind, friendly, and efficient. Great value and service. Highly recommend to anyone for their vehicle needs!

I have been working at Spec R for around 3 months now and have really grown to love this place. At first it was really hard, Kyle was very hard on me when I started but now after being here I know he was just pushing me to be the best tire technician I can, he's always trying to improve things at the shop and make our lives easier with new ways to do things.

As a loyal customer of Spec R Motorsport for 3+ years and trusting them with 3 of our vehicles. ( and recommending many of my friends to purchase tires from them)I’m extremely disappointed with their recent service. They lost my Audi tires and have refused to provide a resolution including access to the tires of my other vehicles and in storage. When sought accountability the manager Kyle ignored me and prioritize another call. Their delays have caused significant inconvenience and put my family at risk due to non operational vehicles. And too boot they send text messages like this when dealing with situation. Great customers service eh? Last time I checked reprimanding customers like they are children is not a business practice you should follow.

Worst service ever from Kyle!!! Bought a used vehicle from one of their clients and wanted to pick up the wheels/winter tires that they had in storage from them. Kyle needed to get confirmation from the original owner that the vehicle was sold and was confirmed via email. Went this morning to pick them up and Kyle kicked me out of the shop. Still trying to process what just happened............ @specrtires&wheels I implore you to review your cameras to listen and see exactly what happened. Please feel free to share the video so everyone can see how you treat customers.

The best tire shop I have ever been to full stop. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. Their selection and pricing especially on high performance tires is excellent. But they are also a full service shop with highly qualified mechanics. This is very well run shop. Kyle, the owner goes above and beyond to provide value to its customers. On top of running this great shop, he also invited me to go for a track day with him at Rocky Mountain Motorsports, Kyle is a outstanding performance driving instructor and I had a great time at the track with him. The there was karting tournaments etc just a great guy all around that truly cares about his customers.

Kyle, the owner, goes above and beyond to provide value to his customers. Excellent service! I had a ticking coming from my vehicle after my tire swap and Kyle made sure to get me back into the shop immediately to remedy the issue free of charge. Iv used SpecR for a few years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are fantastic!! Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with the team at Spec R Tires. James was able to arrange for the requested wheel within a day. I have been looking for the particular wheel to make a spare tire for about a month, and the business I was contacting earlier neither arranged it for me nor told me they are not able to do so.
I contacted James on Monday, received confirmation on Tuesday and dropped the tire with them on Wednesday and it was ready Thursday. Price is good too (I believe), I haven’t gotten this done before so cannot say for sure. I paid 168 in total.
Very happy with my smooth experience. I will be able to travel with peace of mind that I have a spare ready if ever a replacement is needed. I will continue doing business with them.
Thank you, James and the other person who helped me put the tire in the car. Thanks for the snack as well :)
