A huge thank you to Scott and Spence Diamonds. Scott made the ring buying process so seamless and the staff were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I went around to several stores to inquire and get quotes, however none of them compared in regard to their customer service. I highly recommend giving Scott a visit, he by far exceeded my expectations in helped make my engagement possible with this beautiful ring!

Went in to check out some jewelry without an appointment and was impressed with the level of customer service they provide.
A staff met us upon entry, provided us with water, took us around their shop and provided an engaging 1:1 experience yet being careful not to hover or oversell. Answered any and all questions we had and would provide us space to immerse ourselves in the shopping experience.
The store is clean, chic, and practical in that all the displays are open to try all items.
Would highly recommend as we left feeling valued, acknowledged and appreciated.

Your ads are terrible and I change the radio station every time one comes on. Lately, I’ve stopped listening to the radio entirely because of your awful ads, since they play on every station. And the best (worst?) part is that your company knows everyone hate your ads. “Not everyone’s cup of tea” seems to be the response anyone gets when they complain, and nothing changes. They’re painfully cringey, and not in an ironic way.
I had a terrible experience with Spence 20 years ago regarding your failure to honor your own heavily advertised warranties and will never recommended this company to anyone because of it. And now, every time I have to listen to one of your awful ads it just reminds me of how much I dislike this company and to share my story with anyone near me.

Shane was great when i walked into the store, I never felt pressured and it was great. unfortunately the ring did come in the wrong size. That's when Joanna took over, she went above and beyond to send the ring back to Vancouver and expedite the size change to have it back to me in time. This was my second purchase from Spence and will return.

Back in 2015 I went into Spence Diamonds who was recommended to me by a family friend to buy my girlfriend at the time her engagement ring the staff are incredible there as we were planning our wedding we ended up buying our wedding bands at Spence Diamonds as well and here we are today happily married for 5 years now and have been together for 12 years

The open displays and no pressure approach allowed us to take our time and try on every sample without the feeling of someone hovering over your shoulder.
