I had a front bumper, front fender liner, and a fog lamp replaced and repainted and Autobody Collision Brokers brokered the repair. I picked this company because their quote was the most economical and Autobody Collision Brokers had very high praise of this company due to their experience and long history.The parts alone were installed just fine but the paint job on the bumper was only a 60% match. Kerry the technician acknowledged the color discrepancy but said he simply used the standard color code generated for my VIN and no time was allotted for further color matching in the quote, and Collision Brokers said it would have been impossible as I had different color finishes from spray paint I used to cover a couple scratches. Sounds like miscommunication.This was not an insurance claim but paid out of pocket and I have since learned from other body shops and family/friends that depending on the company dealt with you may have to be more cautious. Insurance or not technically it should not affect the quality of the job if the company is reputable. As per other shops it should have been a 80% match minimum and would have been color matched to original paint on the vehicle - not spray paint.The end cost will now cost me more than if the job were done proper in the beginning.

Came in from the sunshine coast as they were recommended by the dealerships.Great easy going crew. I was very happy they fit me in last minute and did what they said plus. Under promised and over delivered.Got bed sprayed and tonneau cover installed.

Shine auto body did an outstanding job on the repair of my car due to an accident. They also repaired rust unrelated to the accident. Very reasonable and I would certainly recommend them to any family member or friend.

Professional friendly service. This company is great!I brought in my truck to get rust and rock chips cleaned up. they replaced protected both front and rear bumpers, repainted the hood to perfection and replaced the windshield. Quality of work is acceptable at best, but talking to and dealing with the people who run this place is an absolute horror. The woman working there has a terrible attitude and is extremely unpleasant.
