This was my first time using a Storage Facility. Ian and NK were awesome setting me up and explaining how it all works. I was surprised at how organized and clean the buildings and compound were. This is going to work well for me.

Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Very easy to rent what we needed. Great access to our belongings when needed.
UPDATE FROM ONE YEAR AGO: While the receptionist was friendly, I find this business is short changing us EVERY month. For example, there is 3 days difference from when I paid last month to when they expect payment in February. This goes on EVERY month! Every other business will go by actual date - NOT this company. As well, their payment method leaves something to be desired. You must use a CREDIT card no matter what. No debit allowed. Cost wise, they are too expensive. Look some where else. I wish I had.

Sentinel Spring Bank is a spacious, well-organized, and impeccably clean facility. The customer service was outstanding, and Store Manager Ian Cochrane was incredibly helpful and kind. Thank you, Ian!
Overall, it was an amazing and seamless first-time experience at Sentinel.
