Just be careful!!! Have bought some nice things here, but got a nasty surprise when I purchased a sweater with a hole in it (on the back, did not see it trying it on). The store would not provide me with credit even with the tags, because I said no to the receipt when asked by the teller. All sales are as is, so look carefully at your purchase, don't waste your money. I learned my lesson.

Don’t support this business. Not user friendly. I want to drop off stuff and they told me i need to fold the clothes nicely to put them in the bin lol. The clothes were already pre folded and I was taking them out of a bag and placing them in the bins. I just took my stuff and donated them to Mission Thrift shop up the road. The manger was there but didn’t seem to care. I wish their business goes down. I have been supporting them for years these days their on their high horses.

Useless for consigning. Super strict policies, won't take more than a single Rubbermaid bin at a time. If your bin is slightly too full, the staff will literally take handfuls of your items and dump them into a donation bin. We've taken well over a dozen bins worth of clothes and haven't seen a cent back in return. Donate your items to an independent thrift store instead - U-turn is literally just taking items and selling them as if you've donated them, anyways.
Buying - yikes. Crazy prices for some work out items. Again, you're better off buying from a thrift store instead.

Worst consignment store ever. Signed a contract with them for dropping off my stuffs. Note that my stuffs are newer look and good brands than what they sell on their store right now. Been calling them a lot of times to check what' has been sold from my account and they just kept telling me nothing yet. Then the last call to them they told me that my stuffs were donated because it was old stuffs which is unacceptable and unbelievable. Really worst experience I had. And will never ever do business or recommend this store to anyone ever. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

I have found this store to be extremely unprofessional as of late. I signed a contract over 20 years ago and have brought this store a lot of business over the years. I tried to collect my money from having sold clothing however I missed the deadline to collect by 4 months due to health issues. I was treated with disrespect and was asked to stop calling the store (I called 2X) trying to get a hold of “Dave.” To be honest - this store has placed out on the floor dirty clothing (from others) yet seem to think they have an elite consignment shop. My daughter brought in 2 full bags of good quality clothing and they put out on the floor only 3 pieces (likely because they are too full/too crammed/ did not want to sort through her clothes). She had very nice items: LuLulemom, Aritzia, etc…. She was mortified when she found out they donated her clothing. This is NOT a consignment shop
I would recommend. Pick any other consignment shop and I am 100% confident you will have more satisfaction and be treated with respect.
I am planning on calling the Better Business Bureau. Extremely disappointing….

They change their rules all the time to suit them, they put out only a few items then donate the rest (even Aritzia and LuLu). Very dishonest.

The store smells like old farts. Could only last one minute. I feel bad for those who have to smell that for an 8 hour shift. My prayers go to them

Love this store! Only complaint is that the womens clothing racks are way too full so you can barely move the clothes. I would spend so much more money here if the clothes racks weren’t so full! Amazing products and prices for womens and kids clothing.
