Only my second time purchasing from a dealership. My Nissan Sentra had a catastrophic incident due to a hit and run just before Thanksgiving and I needed a replacement that was affordable and needed it quick for work. I was concerned about getting financing due to self employment as well.
Selena was extremely helpful and fast at securing financing over the phone within a couple hours and explaining all paperwork, warranty info, and details when I came in as well going thru the carfax and maintenance record as the car was a pre-owned. She is very thorough and professional. Chris Villeneuve the manager was amazing at finding a vehicle that could work within my limited budget again, within an hour over the phone. He was friendly and professional and was attentive and reassuring about the details of the vehicle and was never pressuring but 100% honest and easy to work with. He is a customer service superman and I can't say enough good about working with him to get the vehicle. Carlton was also super friendly and polite and went over the details of the vehicle and it's operation as well as making sure I knew how everything worked. He even helped make sure my phone was paired with the car and that things like trip odometer and the mileage measuring readout was reset. The vehicle was also in immaculate condition and completely ready to go.
I have never had a car purchase go this smoothly or this quickly. Cannot recommend Stadium enough and the team is awesome. Chris, Selena, Carlton, can't thank you all enough you made a very stressful car emergency go away. ?

I had a fairly complex problem that went through a few shops and my problem was finally discovered and solved here at Stadium Nissan for my little 2005 Nissan Sentra!
Sam was the one I communicated with for my service case and she was lovely! It was a great experience and I was genuinely surprised with how well it turned out. Hope everyone else had similar experiences!

Since the beginning of 2024, I have purchased two vehicles from Lewis at Stadium Nissan. We received both vehicles with out any problems. Jump ahead to Saturday, I took my mom who has never purchased a new car. Without any hesitation Lewis again was there to help me make another easy purchase. As my parents who have never purchased a brand new vehicle before were very hesitant, they promised to make it easy. While my parents were very unsure of what they wanted or needed Lewis was very patient even though they flip flopped between vehicles. In the end they got a new Pathfinder. They live out of they city, and instead of making them come into the city and take a day away from work Jason( The general manager) and Lewis delivered the new vehicle to my parents. Thank you so much for the easy and efficient purchase and delivery to, two very nervous first buyers. I highly recommend Stadium Nissan to anyone looking for a first new car or another car to get around:) Thank you so much and I look forward to future purchases.
