Great service! Friendly and understanding staff at the reception. They offered a better price than other workshops, fixed all issues, and gave me the Out of Province certificate. Car registered in Alberta smoothly. Highly recommend!

Buyer beware
We have been going to this car shop since they opened pretty much for our 2016 jeep Cherokee. At first it was great, amazing service and good prices and competent mechanics. However in April, we got our front brake pads and rotors changed out. They were $400. We got it changed, the car is getting older and we know we have to spend on maintenance.
6 months later the car brakes started squealing whenever we braked. We told them something was wrong, and they dismissed us saying it’s probably a pebble and it’s fine.
A month later, it’s still happening and so we take it in at 9 am and the mechanic isn’t in. Apparently he just works 10-5. So my husband went to another place in airdrie and they said if it’s ceramic it will squeak, if it’s metal it won’t. My husband called stallion and they advised it was ceramic brake pads and they only use ceramic.
We went back to stallion and the mechanic said he couldn’t hear anything. It was a quite obvious sound. The guy is deaf and couldn’t hear it. Kaltire heard it, the second mechanic in airdrie could hear it, my husband and I could both hear it. No one wants issues with brakes 6 months after installing them, But this mechanic apparently couldn’t hear it or had selective hearing.
My husband left and called back and got the manager. The manager refused to understand and said that the mechanic knows what he’s talking about. He offered to put the car up and check but honestly, we had no trust or faith in the mechanics competency after he couldn’t hear a very obvious sound. He hung up and went to the mechanic close to us. We replaced the brake pads (again) and it’s working with no sound, oh and they were metal so the guy who answered the phone didn’t even know what kind brake pads they installed.
I am upset because our brakes only lasted 6 months and we barely drive. We both work from home as well. I have a feeling they gave us faulty brake pads or bad parts in April and we are out $400+ the new ones from today. I have no problem paying for things as long as they work for more than 6 months.
I’d like a refund of my $400 brakes we spent on this establishment and an apology as we clearly came to talk to them and they refused to take any feedback Or responsibility. These are brakes. Please take the accountability and help us. Oh and the brakes were metal, so you didn’t even know what kind of brakes you had installed. They have no receipts or service documentation. Our brakes only lasted pads should be under warranty as it’s been less than a year but I have no idea how to get that warranty or refund because they have no receipts or paperwork. If I didn’t know any better I’d say the manager/owner is pocketing the money and doing many things under the table. This is about safety and accountability.

Save your time, save your money, most importantly save your sanity. DO NOT GO HERE.
Came here to get my wife’s winter tires put on her wheels last October. Fast forward to last week, we got her new tires from Costco and prior to them even putting the tires on, we were at that point notified that the lock nut on one of the wheels was completely shredded. Mind you, we hadn’t even left Costco at this point.
They recommended us to go back and bring this to the previous shops’ attention to get it dealt with as it was their mistake and they ‘should be able to take care of it’. But what were we met with? An egregious act of refusal to even have a conversation or mediate the situation. Instead of understating our situation, it was immediately escalated by screaming from someone who did not even bother to listen to our side. I asked for the boss’ contact information or even a managers, however they were conveniently stated to have “left the country”.
It goes beyond fixing a mistake, it’s all about accountability and for a shop to lack that or have an ounce of respect should be enough of a warning for you to avoid this place at all costs.

I would not recommend this shop to anyone. They have poor customer service and lack of respect. Avoid at all costs! Save your money and go somewhere else!!

If you want a shop that won’t nickel and dime you…this is the place to go. Sammi is very respectful and honest. He did everything he could to deal with a ABS sensor issue that came up after having a CV joint replace. Leaving satisfied. I recommend giving them a try. Chris the head mechanic did a great job all round.

My friend recommended this place to me. Don't be fooled by the rating. The mechanics are great at what they do. Excellent quality, they even explained the process and expalined what the numbers meant. Amazing work!! Definitely coming back for future vehicle needs!
