Stampede Pharmacy is hands down the best pharmacy in all of Calgary. I would drive from any part of the city just to come here. Do you want your prescription ready in 10 minutes instead of an hour? Go to Stampede Pharmacy. Do you want a pharmacist who genuinely cares about your health and recovery? Go to Stampede Pharmacy.
I honestly can’t rave enough about this place and about Terrie Lim. She is the most caring and outgoing pharmacist you will ever meet. I’m currently battling a skin condition, and Terrie has been incredible. On multiple occasions, she has stayed late and kept the pharmacy open after hours so I could pick up my medication. She even pre-ordered alternatives ahead of time to make sure I had every option available.
After several visits, she went above and beyond what most pharmacists would do—personally contacting my doctor to share her concerns and discuss different treatment options. When I first came in, she even called a walk-in clinic on my behalf to see if a doctor could see me right away. Honestly, Terrie makes me feel more heard and supported than most doctors I’ve seen.
She truly cares about her patients and does everything possible to help them. For as long as I live in or near Calgary, I will never go to another pharmacy. I’m so grateful for everything she has done for me. 5/5 stars!

I have been a customer of stampede pharmacy for about 2 years and terry,the owner,is great. Amazing customer service. She always has solutions when we need her. She's super friendly, very kind and extremely efficient. She delivers our medications every week. We love you Terry. Thank you for everything.

Excellent customer service all the time. She pays attention to all customers specially to seniors. I got my prescription and different shots on time. She is amazing when she is doing injections.

I feel like even 1 star is a waste.
Even a few years ago, when this pharmacist was in a good mood, he was kind and talkative to patients, and honestly, I got the feeling that he cared about his patients.
But today I went to get counseling with my parents.
This pharmacist seems to have a hard time listening to the way he speaks and only thinks about giving a rough diagnosis and selling one more medicine.
I would appreciate it if you could manage it more appropriately for your age and occupation.
Your mood swings shouldn't affect patients.

I am so thankful that the pharmacist was very kind and contacted the insurance company directly to cover the medication that was not properly covered by insurance elsewhere. Also, thank you for preparing the same medicine in much better quality and for your kind explanation!! Highly recommended!!

I travel from far but absolutely worth for travel.
Terrie is such a great pharmacist in the city.
She is very friendly and knowledgeable about AHS procedures
even with personal insurance. Very helpful for your budget as well.
It's definitely the best one in the city. Absolutely recommending for everyone!

Stopped in to get my flu shot and covid booster. I was sad to hear that they were recently robbed. The pharmacist was very kind and welcoming. She worked some magic with the injections, I didn’t even feel the pokes. Would definitely come here to fill all my prescriptions if I lived closer. Also, I noticed that a lot of the merchandise in the store is actually priced better than big box stores so I ended up doing some shopping too.

Terry is the most competent pharmacist that I have ever had. I require a lot of medication and I used to go to the franchise pharmacies. They were rude,and apathetic. Terry goes above and beyond by actually calling clinics to press for prescriptions and genuinely cares. Would highly recommend stampede pharmacy and the best part is that you do not even need to leave your home as she does delivery. Great for older people and disabled folks as she does all the work and gives you your prescriptions at your doorstep. Thank you Terry for all you do

Great neighbourhood pharmacy. Terrie, the pharmacist was very kind and friendly and followed proper procedue. Shame on those people who just expected her to ignore proper procedure just because she is Korean and then giving her one star review when all she did was follow a proper procedure in AHS! A couple of our friends recommened this pharmacy and I was not disappointed.

This pharmacist has been looking after and taking care of me for years, i struggled to find a doctor for a very long time and not only did she still strive to always help me with my ailments, she went out of her way to find me a doctor. She was also there for me and my family throughout the entire pandemic. I work in this area and theres never a time I dont see her smiling and friendly in this plaza. She really is a pillar for this community fot everything she does for everyone here and how much she cares. I can always count on her to be friendly, and proffessional. She always makes sure she does things the right way so i know i never have to doubt her judgement. An amazing set of staff and an amazing place. Thank you for all you do !

This is the worst pharmacy. My mother-in-law was visiting from South Korea and had cystitis symptoms, So we went for a walk-in. However, they said she had to wait 24-48 hours to get the lab result. Coincidentally, this pharmacy was located closest to the walk-in, and I remembered that Shoppers used to prescribe minor illnesses. So, I went to this place and asked the pharmacist, and she responded in a very overbearing manner and with a laugh, saying, “Then go to SHOPPERS.” I do not know the system of all these pharmacies, and if I did not know, she could have explained it well. Very upset with this experience and her professionalism as a pharmacist.

The staff genuinely cared about the client and even tried her best to solve my concerns and problems. She always stays by my side, even during her busy hours and environment, to explain my requirements and questions with a high standard of service and professionalism. In conclusion, I have nothing but positive things to say about the service and support I received at Stampede Pharmacy. If I can give them more stars, I would not hesitate to provide them with more than a 5-star rating.
