I use the Westhills location often for copying and scanning. I find that there is a lack of help from the full-time attendee in the copy center. Not sure his name but he is always there when I go. He never answers my questions nor does he take the time to explain things. This may be due to his poor English or lack of understanding what’s required to ensure the printers and scanners are in good working condition. When I ask for help he simply says ‘follow the instructions’ and walks away.
Very poor service and very frustrating for customers.
I would like to mention that RJ who has helped us before is exceptionally good in his job. Never shows frustration with customers, is well spoken, and calm when dealing with customers.
Note to management:
Please hire more people like RJ. I am disappointed with this location and have been driving an additional half hour to avoid this type of poor service from the copy center attendee.

People here who work around the tech and laptop area need to do a little more research. Came in last week for laptop advice and was told the 3050 is more power efficient than the 4050. I don't know why but that made me laugh a little. Regardless, the print section is great always recommend here for print as the staff member are quite knowledgeable. The shipping queue needs an extra pair of hands.

On Sunday January 11, 2026, I had to print documents for an emergency court appearance Monday morning. I spent all weekend barely sleeping in order to get everything ready for printing. Earliest I could make it was 530 pm with my 2 and 3 year daughters. My daughters would not listen or let me print just wanted to run all over, play and be funny toddlers. My hands were shaking trying to get things printed and make sure my girls weren't getting into stuff they shouldn't. 3 gentlemen that worked there came to help me with my girls. As the doors were about to close. They made such a difference in my life that night and Im forever thankful for those 3 guys helping me. I tried to give them a tip cause they deserve it but they all said they weren't allowed to accept so Im saying this here, that they deserve something for being wonderful human beings! Thank you again

First person refused saying it was not his job
Second person starting sending me somewhere until I questioned why as not having asked what I needed (not at all to do with where he was sending me)
Third person refused to discard garbage for me
Second time visiting this location and just when I thought It couldn’t get worse it did.
Six people doing nothing with no customer service at all.
That was NOT easy!!!!! Time to change your slogan.

Bell of Canada at Staple is absolutely disappointing and untrustworthy. I was clearly promised that I would NOT be charged, yet they went ahead and charged me anyway without any explanation. No warning, no proper breakdown, no accountability.
Customer service was useless — no one could explain why I was charged or take responsibility. It feels like Bell just says whatever it takes to sign you up and then ignores their own promises once they have your money.
This kind of behavior is misleading, frustrating, and completely unacceptable. I regret choosing Bell, and I would seriously think twice before ever coming back to Bell of Canada at Staple. There are many other providers out there who are more honest and transparent.
Save yourself the stress and avoid this location.

Not the best experience sadly, went in to print some things and had no help or support what so ever. You need to make sure more people are available to help. Long que and one person at the check out. Not great.

After my experience today at this store I will not be returning. Looking to buy a computer chair and checking out the floor models but needed to ask some questions. Went to the front and asked an employee if they could assist which they responded that they would in a few minutes. This person went to the back of the store and was taping up boxes. I figured he was finishing up something he had been attending to so I waited. When he didn't come for several minutes I approached him as he was chatting up 3 other employees that were standing around. I'm not sure if they were finished for the day but none of them asked if they could assist me. I engaged him again for assistance and he asked what was it that I needed. After telling him again he said he would be there in a few minutes. He never did come to help, in fact he started helping someone else. We decided to leave as it was obvious he did not want to help us. Too bad, it would have been a big purchase.

Love that you’ve added shipping to your services! But it would really help to have a separate line or counter for quick Amazon scan-and-drop returns versus those who need to ship boxed or unpackaged items and fill out forms or ask questions.
The line during the holidays is getting ridiculous because some people can’t decide whether they want express or ground.

Great experience at this Staples location. The manager—she was very helpful, friendly, and polite. Best location with plenty of parking!
