I had a mani/pedi at Queensland Nails and Spa for the first time and I’m very pleased with the results! I got a cats eye design for my hands and I can’t stop staring at them. The owners are fun and very passionate about their business and it shows. I’ll be back!

I had an excellent experience. Annie was knowledgeable and did a great job on my nails!
Requested style: I had my old gels removed and my nails dipped in powder. I didn’t know what to expect so Annie explained the process and I’m very happy with the results.
Cleanliness: Everything was clean and tidy.
Stylist: Annie is an excellent stylists very knowledgeable and personable.

I have been coming here since the new ownership and have been thoroughly impressed. I went to some of the competitors in the neighborhood prior and kept leaving disappointed and broke. Queensland nails and spa ( Tom, Annie and their family ) are so great. My nails are always done top tier plus they are very knowledgeable, professional, up-to-date on trends and friendly. They remember your name, they chat with you like a friend and not just a quick "job". Their prices are reasonable and you get much better service then other places. I know of many people who commute out of their way to come here & I am so lucky this place business is in my neighborhood.

I have been seeing Annie monthly, for nail fill and design, for about one year now and every time I go she impresses me with her abilities and talent. I often go in with a general idea of what I’m looking for or a color scheme and she gets super creative and wows me every time!! Her appointments are timely, the space is clean, the conversation is light and fun between her, Tom (the 2 owners and full time workers) and any of the other customers I’ve met there. I can’t speak highly enough of these appointments, I always leave thoroughly satisfied and excited to show off my newest set of nails. Attached are only a few of my favs over the last year

Horrible experience a month ago and then again today, was told to come back two times . They over book for many customers at the same time . Will not be returning for a long time. The experience a month ago they never even gave a discount on the price for making me wait for a long time.
