I have now been using the 42nd Avenue StorageMart facility for 3.5 years and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Farha and Madison are amazing, always providing a warm and welcoming customer service. The facility is clean and very well maintained. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

Storage facility is clean and well monitored, units are checked to ensure they are locked which is great!
Staff have always been absolutely amazing and helpful with all questions we have had. We have 2 storage units here and every visit has been positive.

I’ve never had to rent a unit before but have a good idea on size that I would need. I only had bedroom furniture, loveseat, smaller furniture items & lots of storage boxes & bags of clothes. I had called a few well known places for quotes who tried to totally ‘up-sell’ me. I called StorageMart & Maddie gave me a couple of suggestions & quotes. I asked if I could come view them. When I got there, Maddie was very friendly & I was shown both units. Deal done!! Both Maddie & Farha are both excellent to deal with & they were also the best deal as well! Thanks ladies for all the help & being so great to deal with! :)

The facility manager at this location is amazing! We have small children and also had a hiccup while moving into the unit and she handled it swiftly and quickly! Prices are decent. This is also the second time ive used this exact facility and ive had no problems either time!

The service is good upon setup and fine until you have been there awhile and have any issues. The last time I was in, the door would not go all the way down to close but the gap was so small that maybe an envelope could fit under maybe. I asked at the front and they looked at it and said it was fine. They sent an email a few weeks later stating the latch wasn’t all the way over but all looked fine and they were keeping an eye on it. I only had camping equipment and few souvenirs from travelling and misc items and some expensive business attire that I was storing because I don’t have enough space and I am not working in my regular profession. I went back at the end of the month and the door was forced open or up more. The lock was scratched and the door wasn’t all the way open, however, now you could crawl under. No word from them at all about it. I showed them the state of the unit. They took the camping equipment, some clothing and dumped everything else all over. So much for keeping an eye on it as mentioned in the one and only email sent. No phone calls, nothing. They said they have surveillance when I took the unit and now they don’t have any and no idea of what happened, not noticed, not reported, not helpful in any way.Just that they sent an email so not covered for the insurance they made me pay. Not great security or help when there is a problem. I will never use this storage facility again and do not recommend it to anyone.

This place is AMAZING! All the staff so kind and helpful, they make it so easy rent a locker and I got access to mine the same day-LIfESAVER!! It’s clean secure and amazing hours!! Keep up the important work of offering services to help ppl!! Not sell us Refined SUGaRS+fake food EVERYWHERE

If you like paying for mice to live in your unit this is the place. All my stuff covered in mice droppings and they set up a nice home in my couch. The insurance that you pay for doesn’t cover any of the damage due to vermin. Entire unit went to the dump. They’d offered me a $480 for customer inconvenience. I paid 480 a month and had to replace just about everything I had in the unit.

I had a great experience with Farha at this location. Started renting out a space this month and so far I’ve had a great experience. Farha explained the details of the contract and answered all my questions brilliantly. Amazing customer service from Farha. Will definitely recommend this for your storage needs.
