I spent a week shopping around for storage in Calgary. I specifically asked for a heated storage unit and the lady gave me a quote on a 10x10 that was heated which was $20 less per month than what sentinel storage provided me. I chose to go with storage mart for $20 less, only to realize it wasn’t heated. I have expensive TVs and other electronics I don’t want in the cold winter temperatures. I hired a moving company and I didn’t actually the see unit until I went back there a few days later and it was an ice box. I was mislead or the person I dealt with was incompetent. To be fair when I did call it was some lady in the US. I didn’t deal with an individual at the actual location of my unit. That could be a part of the problem. Either way, not happy at all.
