Brad the manager is excellent. He was efficient and thorough and yet respected my time. He obviously has loads of experience. He also obviously enjoys his work. There was no end of offers to help with this or that, and encouraged me to ask if I needed anything. I am very impressed. The storage unit that I booked is great too. I was up and running, moving my stuff in almost before my coffee cooled off.
