The staff are great, the facility's are in a handy location, units are decent and I stayed for a few months getting myself all snuggled in for the winter, then I got an email 2 weeks before my next bill saying we reserve the right to raise rent whenever we want. My unit went from $140 to $216.26 over night. Thats a huge increase. $76. bucks might not sound much but the email clearly stated that they reserve the right to raise my rent whenever they want. That makes me feel like my possessions are not safe. What if I budget and January or February come by and im out of work and can't afford another enormous rent increase. Im not interested in loosing my stuff. That could place me in a situation where im left out in the cold searching for somewhere to put my stuff on short notice. This is rather disgusting to me. So I gave my notice and will not use or recommend this company to anyone.
