This is an aggravating company to deal with. Their in store customer service is not great, they don’t explain anything to you until you go to pay and then everything that you wanted to order isn’t available for several weeks which isn’t clearly communicated while they are selling to you. All of their sales that say take home today aren’t explained as cash and carry so if you don’t have a truck you’re out of luck. And if you want something that is in stock at another location they will not bring it to their store you must go to that store to get it.
This company is very much a “you get what you pay for”. The deals are “good” but only if you don’t mind the aggravation and poor customer service.
And if you think ordering online might eliminate some of that…think again as I placed an order online in September for a couch that said it was in stock. They happily took my money and said they would be in touch for delivery. A week later I hadn’t heard anything and I checked my online account which said the couch was now out of stock and wouldn’t get delivered until mid-October. There was never any email or other communication from structube about it. I checked on the order several more times with the date the couch would arrive to structube (not my house just their warehouse) and it kept being pushed back. Finally today l looked and it’s now not coming until mid November. I called got hung up on once for asking to speak to a supervisor and then I called back and am now having them refund my money and cancelling my order.
I highly recommend not bothering with this company.

Hmm I think Ikea is higher quality honestly, some furniture are falling apart on their display,cant imagine how they will be holding with daily regular use

Visited this store to purchase a 3 seater sofa within 800$ budget. Staff named mike was very friendly and patiently aswered our queries and also helped us to compare different Sofa's on their portal & eventually we could select a sofa named erin . The only drawback which i felt after placing order is we have to wait for 2 weeks for delivery as the product should be shipped from Edmonton, also we might have to pay 60$ to take it inside the home as they can deliver only at doorstep. I also noticed wide variety of furnitures for living rom, bed room and dining room for which the price was quite reasonable. Posting a photo of dining table which took my attention. Overall i feel the store is worth visiting for purchase

Don't waste your time in this store, I came from the other side of city because the salespeople in the other store said that they had what I needed. I looked and wanted to buy it, but they told me that the furniture was not for sale because it was a showroom and I had to wait 3 weeks or more. You don’t find any info that it is demo or not for sale!The delivery also takes 5 days. In general, it's a waste of time to look at that furniture store-museum you can see but not to buy. If they sale in this way I’m afraid imagine what terms of warranty or something else! Don’t recommend !!!

Furnitures in general are well priced and solid, but services poor and defected or open box item often resold with full price! Some staff unpleasant with follow up orders .

"Disappointing Experience with Master Bed: Mattress Misfit!"
I recently purchased the Master Bed along with its recommended mattress, expecting a perfect fit. However, to my dismay, the mattress was anything but compatible with the bed frame. Their is a huge gap between headboard n matress as it keeps moving towards foot board because of extra space. leaving unsightly gaps and making it impossible to achieve that seamless, polished look as well as giving neck and back pain because of gap where pillows are. I had envisioned for my bedroom. Despite being assured of compatibility, the mattress simply didn't fit, resulting in a frustrating and disappointing experience. Overall, I cannot recommend the Master Bed due to this significant flaw in mattress compatibility.

Bought a coffee table (Avery Brown) from Structube Signal Hill. Within weeks, a small water spill caused significant color damage. Disappointed with the quality and lack of durability. Requested a refund or store credit to resolve this issue, but received no support from Structube despite attempts to contact them. Disappointing experience overall. ⚠️?
