This location has lovely & friendly staff. Sanaz helped answer all of our questions at the store and was very patient with us and our big order. The manager (Lorna) of this store also contacted the head office to make sure all the furniture could be delivered to our address (it's a new build with construction), and we were able to receive everything in great condition!
We also contacted them for price adjustments and they helped us without any issues. :) We are so happy with the service that we received!

If you live outside of a city centre, forget about delivery! We just purchased a full living room set and paid for delivery to a rural area South of Calgary. Today we receive a call stating that because Canada Post recently updated our postal code to one that doesn't exist in Structube's system, we are out of luck. We explained that the postal code is for our mailbox, not our house, that our physical address is all that is needed, everyone else delivers here without any issues. But nope, completely unwilling to manually override the computer system. We will now need to track down their courrier company ourselves and figure out how to transport a large order ourselves. Will likely have to rent a cube van! Obviously would have purchased fewer pieces, if any! On top of that, Structube will not refund the delivery charge until we drive all the way back to the location in person. The furniture hasn't even arrived and we're discovering that Structube's customer service is HORRIBLE!! Will not shop here again. Ever.

Lovely staff that were friendly and great to deal with. As soon as you enter, you're greeted politely and not pushed into a sale. The location had a nice layout with all displays visibly marked with prices that were affordable. Great customer service!
Great quality items as well!

This company refuses to help their customers. Customer service passes you around in an endless loop of dead end phone calls and scripted conversation.Our couch gave out in multiple spots, simply adjusting body position causing plywood to break in the arms on both sides. Let me state it has only been 4 months and this is a couch we use in our sitting room. Not a case of negligence but poor quality. We don’t have kids and couldn’t imagine how their furniture would hold up in that type of environment. FURTHEST thing from quality!
I strongly advise you take your money elsewhere. Read the other reviews and you’ll see their unwillingness to solve these issues.

We bought a bed and a Mattress recently and never been notified that you can’t actually open the mattress to see the quality. If you do open it you can’t return it anymore but you don’t have any idea about that until you try to do so. The mattress is horrible , it’s super hard and thinner than the measurements on the website say. We immediately packed it up and tried to return it, did multiple calls , but the customer service is extremely unhelpful and just say no, you can’t return unused mattress. There’s no store that has policy like that , you can return mattress to any store except for the structube. Doing that the company should understand that customer will never ever come back to get anything and will make sure as many people as possible aware of the experience that we had. No one even offered to do a store credit or any refund option, just no you can’t return the new item if it was open. It’s a huge dissatisfaction to see company like that exist in Canada with no Canadian level of service.

Why you should never buy mattress or perhaps anything from this company.We ordered a mattress online fromstructube and received it completely vacuum sealed and rolled package. Naturally we open first layer of plastic to unroll the mattress and see the product. Right from the beginning we didn’t feel it will be right product and decided not to open it all the way and request return.You can’t just take it back to the store you have to submit claim online and get your refund approved. Here is the catch, if you even breath beside this mattress they will decline your request and won’t accept return.I wanted to return brand new, unused, in original packaging mattress but despite all my attempts to explain the situation they denied my claim. They also didn’t connect me to a manager after 2 requests.As per online customer support request I took a picture of mattress without plastic covering it as the actual high of the mattress didn’t match the advertised size, so I took a picture with measuring tape beside it. They later used it against me saying that I opened the mattress and it can’t be returned.I’m a “happy” owner of $1000 mattress that I don’t want any can’t return because this company sets unreasonable rules. Every other company that sells mattresses in Canada have return policy even if you used a mattress.Absolute worst customer service, they don’t care about you. You can’t talk to a manager either.This review isn’t specific to the store on 130th Ave.

I just walked out of the store. 3 staff walked past me and not one even said hello. It was clear I was looking for something. I guess Urban Barn will get my $5k budget need to spend on updating a VRBO project.

The customer service was terrible; all sales associates were behind the big desk. When I approached to inquire about a bed, her response was too bossy, as if she were doing me a favor. Other people (who were white) had no problem and even a laugh.

Staff was not helpful at all and a bit aggravated when I tried to figure out if they had some items in stock. Online it clearly said that stock was available in the store but they denied it and kept telling me that it was only one item.. clearly the site is not updated properly. I also asked about their delivery and return policy which once again they answered very annoyed and raised their voice (in particular one lady). Their answer didn’t sound confident so I’ll check at a different location just to be sure.. overall very rude and no customer service skills.

Received a faulty table…. A replacement was ordered and they told that my table would be delayed by a month.. the team did no follow up……even after the manager said they would. I’ve been chasing them for updates for a year for updates.Holidays are coming and now I can’t host a dinner and NOW their online store won’t return the benches that I bought for the table specifically because I want a table that’s in stock or go elsewhere.OH and when you put a negative review on their website about faulty items… they wont post it…. Better business bureau here I come.
