Great location ton of parking and the best part is there’s quite a few competitors in the area so you can really make one trip and visit a different places get different feels, ideas and prices.
For a small little space where you’re working on a budget, but you do want the place to look, elegant andmodern Structube furniture is a great start.

I had a very frustrating experience at this Structube location. The staff were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in assisting customers. We were left to wander around the store without any support or guidance, even though we clearly needed help. Instead of offering assistance, the employees just watched us from a distance without making any effort to engage or provide support. This lack of customer service is unacceptable and has made me decide never to return to this location. I would recommend finding a store where customer service actually matters.

I have had a terrible experience with both the products and the customer service that I received from this company. I purchased an Andrew Sectional 65.20.14.30 and an Armchair Noah 65.89.14.30 on 05/11/23. A few months later the two products deteriorated quickly; they began to bag and wrinkled heavily and completely lost their appearance. I complained about these issues with the company’s return department and they offered to return both the products on the 12th of March this year but since I was not in the city at that time so I let them know that they could come in next week to pick up the products. However, for some reason, they accepted that as me changing my mind about returning the products and just accepting a 300$ rebate instead which I did not accept in any way. I have always wanted to return these products which is something that they accepted to do initially but they are now claiming that I rejected the return offer for a rebate option which I never did. After that, they have just been sending me the same email over and over again about how I accepted the rebate offer over the return offer which never happened. I have been trying to get in touch with them but to no avail and they just respond to my emails with the same exact email about how I supposedly accepted a rebate offer which I didn’t. They are trying to force me to accept their bad products for a few hundred dollars of a rebate. It has been a really difficult and painful experience with them so far.

bought 3 pieces bedroom set, 2 of them are borken. and customer should pay the delivery fee because of its broken. poor quality, do not trust this company.

Do not shop here if you plan on returning anything! Bought 2 lamps and the cashier did not say a word about return time lines. I only got an ereceipt and the lady, when I went to take the lights back, said the return policy is on the back of the receipt! Maybe give an actual paper receipt so people will have access to the policy!

Pros: Purchased several items over the years. Higher cost items are superior to the Brick in my opinion. Delivery is almost always ahead of schedule. Staff in store are pretty chill and helpful.Cons: Contrary to what is posted online, shipping is not free. There is a charge for curb-side, and that charge doubles for delivery to a room. Unlike other stores that charge the same, the company they’ve hired does not do setup. The delivery company opens with the statement “setup is not included”, when calling to book a delivery time. Clearly there is a demand for onsite delivery and setup…

We bought Reno Dinning table from structube in Nov 2023 and it’s not even 6 months and it’s started cracking.The customer service is poor and the staff is not even responding back to this situation.The quality of structube is bad; Will not recommend to buy there products. Poor quality.

I was very impressed with the customer service as well as the product quality. I ordered the Iliana lamp and when it arrived, I took it out of the box and the shade fell and broke. I called structube and within about 3 days, they had reviewed my case and agreed to replace the shade. They did this promptly, they were very understanding and kind and it was done of no extra cost to me. I am impressed! Thanks Structube. Also the lamp is absolutely gorgeous at a reasonable price point.

This used to be my go to favorite store and it is sad to see that one horrible experience doesn't wanna make you shop here anymore , the assistant store manager Ian was absolutely rude he kept laughing not sure if his laugh was his way to hide his ability to understand things or he lacks zero customer service skills, he kept arguing when a request was made and refused to help and stood there like he didn't care, surprised that he is ASM and Still has a job. I feel bad for the store Manager that she has to rely on a person like him , store manager is good and kind and addresses your queries, i wish I didn't meet with this person but as they say it is one bad experience that makes you not wanna go there, having worked as HR for a retail company if this attitude was seen by any of our ASM's he would be other side of the door.If not customer service skills have humanity and basic service etiquettes atleast.Definitely a character who will take store reputation down , was out there to ask some queries and place an order for some furniture but as long he is there I don't think I want to go thereStore associates were kind and keen on helping but they were in a tough spot and he was acting so weird I ahve never seen a ASM acting this crazy, finally an associate she helped me and I could finally figure out the missing part
