Do not shop here if you plan on returning anything! Bought 2 lamps and the cashier did not say a word about return time lines. I only got an ereceipt and the lady, when I went to take the lights back, said the return policy is on the back of the receipt! Maybe give an actual paper receipt so people will have access to the policy!

Pros: Purchased several items over the years. Higher cost items are superior to the Brick in my opinion. Delivery is almost always ahead of schedule. Staff in store are pretty chill and helpful.Cons: Contrary to what is posted online, shipping is not free. There is a charge for curb-side, and that charge doubles for delivery to a room. Unlike other stores that charge the same, the company they’ve hired does not do setup. The delivery company opens with the statement “setup is not included”, when calling to book a delivery time. Clearly there is a demand for onsite delivery and setup…

We bought Reno Dinning table from structube in Nov 2023 and it’s not even 6 months and it’s started cracking.The customer service is poor and the staff is not even responding back to this situation.The quality of structube is bad; Will not recommend to buy there products. Poor quality.

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Structube, and I must say, I had an exceptional experience. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly, providing top-notch customer service. There was an issue with my purchase but their claim department resolved the issue in a quick and easy way. I highly recommend Structube for your home furnishing needs. I was very impressed with the customer service as well as the product quality. I ordered the Iliana lamp and when it arrived, I took it out of the box and the shade fell and broke. I called structube and within about 3 days, they had reviewed my case and agreed to replace the shade. They did this promptly, they were very understanding and kind and it was done of no extra cost to me. I am impressed! Thanks Structube. Also the lamp is absolutely gorgeous at a reasonable price point.

This used to be my go to favorite store and it is sad to see that one horrible experience doesn't wanna make you shop here anymore , the assistant store manager Ian was absolutely rude he kept laughing not sure if his laugh was his way to hide his ability to understand things or he lacks zero customer service skills, he kept arguing when a request was made and refused to help and stood there like he didn't care, surprised that he is ASM and Still has a job. I feel bad for the store Manager that she has to rely on a person like him , store manager is good and kind and addresses your queries, i wish I didn't meet with this person but as they say it is one bad experience that makes you not wanna go there, having worked as HR for a retail company if this attitude was seen by any of our ASM's he would be other side of the door.If not customer service skills have humanity and basic service etiquettes atleast.Definitely a character who will take store reputation down , was out there to ask some queries and place an order for some furniture but as long he is there I don't think I want to go thereStore associates were kind and keen on helping but they were in a tough spot and he was acting so weird I ahve never seen a ASM acting this crazy, finally an associate she helped me and I could finally figure out the missing part

I love it. But feel it has so much potential. Too much repeats. Too much museum feel. Why is it on the floor if it's not available for purchase? It wouldn't surprise me if it's gone in 3 yrs or less. Which is sad because we love stuff there.

its rather unfortunate Structube does not have uniform managerial protocol across all its locations, it does unfortunately happen that egos and personalities get in the way of providing an excellent customer service experience.This is truly the reason Online sales are thriving, Brick and Mortar Locations across the world are shutting down in record numbers from major retailers, and why most of the world is going to have no jobs...LOLsales tip 101. if you have a confirmed Purchaser with money in hand ready to go. you do whatever it takes to get that money.

Terrible service. Waited for a piece to be shipped to this location for over 3 months. Called in to ask on a status and each time they just go "have you got a text" or "did you get a call from us", or "otherwise it's not here".Guys - with the amount of time you spent asking these questions, just get on your computer and check the order. It's that simple. The unwillingness to lift a finger to do any work is baffling.What's even more ridiculous is when the guy finally agreed to just look up the number - my item had arrived already. No one called, texted, or left any messages. Had I not called in, I'd still be waiting.Just do your job. Otherwise there's others who's more competent and willing to work.

I would say that this location doesn’t even know what is customer service!!When I entered with my wife they didn’t even paid attention to us on asking them about something they said we can check online.Right after two minutes their male staff reached us and start saying we are close and leave the store. On requesting to just let me have a look on something, he told his coworker to switch off the lights. Opened door and start screaming and threatening by yelling very loudly and rudely” the store is closed “Very bad, embarrassing, harassing and even scaring experience.

I only give 1 start for the staff who is at the front as they were really helpful.I bought 2 beds from the store. I have an issue with 1 bed and its been 12 days they are just keep asking me for more pictures and photos. Even they understand what is missing, quality of the wood is bad and what is faulty still ask for more and more pictures. This is done by some gentleman from the store. If I didn’t hear him wrong than his name is Ian/lean. Its been 12 days they emailing me every day once or twice as a follow up and asking more pictures even after I explained it clearly on the phone. While i was asking i want to talk to manager and he was laughing and said that i am the manager. While i ask who is above you he said i don’t know. Seriously! If you scared to pass your superiors contact that mean you are doing wrong and trying to save yourself. Anyways from onwards I highly advice if you buy something forget that they will help with it.

Poor quality and warranty. Recently received a bed with a faulty zipper that fell off the headboard after the first pass. They informed me this was not a structural issue so they had no intention of repairing or replacing the part.In addition, many holes did not line up between sections, wood splintered in multiple places and bolts required for fabrication were missing.Ensure you check all pieces before fabrication and immediately return before constructing. They use a small clause in their warranty that after construction they are no longer liable for imperfections. Regardless of the timeframe.Structube quality has definitely dipped and they are desperately trying to save money any way they can.

By far the worst customer service I ever experienced in my life , the girl with glasses and black mask if you hate your job so much work some place else, the amount of attitude I got from her I’m surprised I even purchased anything from here but anyways came here for a pick up she tells me it’ll be a few minutes she got to bring it from the back so I’m waiting she then proceed to bring a cart with boxes on it wheels it to right infront of the door and walks away , doesn’t tell me that they are mine or whatever so I stand infront of the door for 15 min she can clearly see me standing didn’t bother to approach and tell me that those boxes are mine she just watched me stand there waiting until the other gentleman told me that they are mine I’m obv not going to grab something in a busy store that couldn’t be my order , but ya don’t recommend coming here at Al

The customer service in this store is zero. My husband and I went in fully prepared to make a purchase for a pullout sofa bed. They did not have the model in store, but we were still willing to order it sight unseen. After walking around the store aimlessly I finally found somebody at the checkout and asked for help. She seemed to be annoyed with my questions and could not provide any answers except "we just don't know". I found another associate to ask for help and she tried to answer my questions by going back to the first associate for mentorship, but the first associate wanted to pass us off and did not seem interested in researching the answers to our questions. Every other associate in the store was building furniture and nobody seemed interested in saying hi or helping us. We had questions on if they could show us a similar model in store, what the fabric might look like, and what size of the mattress was in the couch. Each associate said " we don't know because it's not here and it's not in any Calgary showrooms". We were totally ignored and left super frustrated. Because of this alone, we explicitly decided not to make our purchase at Structure and started researching to pick out something else SOMEWHERE else.Absolutely zero product knowledge at this store, and the customer experience did not exist.
