I’ve been here a few times now and I’m very happy with the way Donna does my hair. She understands what I want, looks at my reference image and manages to get the exact same colour on my hair. She is also very good at recommending haircuts that suit your face. I 100% trust her recommendation and have got so many compliments for my hair.

I went to get my under cut trimmed and my long parts trimmed they hacked my hair in back cut off my hair to match the shaved part with put even timing the undercut I said no bangs she put bangs hair is so uneven I will never ever step foot in this place again they don't listen to what u want in a cut I took many years growing my hair for them to chop it off

My mother got her hair done at this place and they left The curlers on a little too long. Now she got bald and burned spots. And we still had to pay. Even though we argued about what they did wrong. Here are a few pictures to prove it. This was earlier today.
This place is non professional workers. Have no idea what they're doing half the time. Guaranteed, we'll not be going back there again. If you're reading this please do not be a customer that will fall into this Trap scam again like us.

This has honestly been one of the best experiences I have had with a hair dresser. Donna is incredibly nice and she treated me very well and professionally. She was able to achieve what I asked for and made me feel incredibly confident in myself. The difference between this salon and others is that this one does not price gauge especially in this economy. I will definitely be coming back to Donna. I do not think these photos show how well my hair is in real life as I took these myself however, for 200 dollars with cut this is an incredibly reasonable price since I have jet black hair.

I m very very disappointed with the service I got I asked to touch up my roots end up color all my hair and destroyed my real color ! I hate yellow color I told her make sure do Not put yellow since I didn’t want period ! I wanted grey or whitish I know it is hard to get But not yellow and of course now it is yellow OMG now I got stuck with stupid yellow

terrible customer service, got my nails done by Christine, my cuticles were blooding. she is very rude.would never go back there again and would not recommend.
