I have been coming to this salon to get my hair cut with Suki and I have had an amazing experience every time. Last time she did color my hair, I look like a new woman.
I love the calm fun atmosphere of the place and everyone is super friendly and helpful.

Despite the past bad experience we managed to agree on timing. I was feeling bad about complaining but the owner talked to me very calmly.
She understood the situation and peacefully offered me 1. Hair mask with a 2. nice head massage. She did offered 3. same color extensions as i had to cut my long hair till shoulder because of damage. She also offered to 4.take back and provide refund for shampoo and conditioner I bought from the salon.
I'm feeling better now.
I do appreciate this compensation. She did all she could.

Very bad disrespectful experience with my daughter hair cut, one of the worker started cutting her hair, then on the half way she stopped and engaged with other customer, and said my daughter had to sit and wait another half an hour on that way , really, what a disrespectful attitude

I've been a regular client for eyebrow threading here for quite some time. The service is consistently excellent, and I'm always pleased with the results. had my hair cut by sheila and i got layers. got home to see it was completely! uneven and different sizes. even when my hair is straight and split right down the middle it is very clear how uneven it is. the ladies here are very kind but need more practice on certain things.
