If you are scheduled to have the older Asian lady with short hair; RUN!!! If you want a trim, she pulls ALL of your hair on top of your head and cuts it all off, so it's "even." She cut 6 inches off my hair after me repeatedly telling her I did not want ANYTHING cut off my length. She cut 7 inches off my bangs, they now barely sit past my eyes. ABSOLUTE worst hair cut I've ever had!!! She either hates white women or just hated me because I kept begging her NOT to cut much off and I could "always go back to get it shorter." She had her own agenda to make me look hideous. I basically now have a mullet. Strangers who see me, ask, "what happened to my hair." One lady in her 70's was very sympathetic when she saw me out and said at least I was tall and thin, and I'd be pretty if I had hair. Friends and family have asked why the employee had such a vengeance against someone she'd never met as what she did to me is revenge or vengeance. Joe, the owner tried to fix it, but without shaving my head, there is no fix. She did offer free haircuts until I'm happy which will be at least 4-6 years to grow back to how it was before this evil woman butchered my hair. Go anywhere but here!!!!
