Walked into the store and could hear two women having a conversation very loudly at the back of the store. I could tell one was an employee and the other a friend or acquaintance. I proceeded to look at the $200 vest on the mannequin and was very interested in buying it, however, wanted to know where it was on shelf to find my size ….the two ladies still in conversation…I finally found the items and still, the two ladies in very loud conversation. I didn’t even get so much as a hello, zero assistance at all and could barely hear my friend talking to me, for again, they were so loud in their conversation. I walked out never to spend another dollar there again. Obviously their subject of discussion was way too exciting and important to pause and assist a customer. I’m sure the reason the store’s door open every day - is for the customers, not a social visit. Annoyed me enough to write a Google review.

I was wandering the mall looking for a place that had awesome various types of lighting for a University Interior Design project and stumbled upon this place! The gal that was working was kind enough to let me be the weird interior design student taking pictures of the lighting.It was an amazing experience the gal that was working in there was very pleasant and helped me find a beautiful dress and linen shorts for my trip to Greece as well!Lovely Experience!

This store is inside market mall. It has such cute outfits - each time I stop in there, I find trendy pieces I wear over and over!Sublime is nestled in the middle of the mall, so you need to keep your eyes open for the red song or you’ll walk past it.The staff “gets it”. Never too pushy or fake nice. They are good about welcoming everyone and then let you wander the racks. It’s definitely how I prefer to explore!Head there to support a small business and shop local!

I can't rave enough about my experience at Sublime. Not only are the clothes/merchandise of great quality, very stylish, and well-priced, but the staff is absolutely wonderful—both of which keep you coming back for more. If you are looking for one-of-a-kind pieces and an extremely inviting staff willing to lend a helping hand (pick out clothes right for you, offer an honest opinion, etc), this is the retail store for you!

Vanessa was very helpful and friendly. Im so glad that I have found this store. This place is so chill and does not make you feel overwhelmed just like when I go to Aritzia ?. I am going to enjoy my chic cardigan and long coat ??.

My daughter and I had wonderful service here yesterday! We had fun trying on so many options that were suggested for us. Highly recommend especially if you need/want help putting an outfit together.

I'm never in the north end of the city, but decided to venture to Market Mall for a change. I stumbled across this gem of a store on my way out and I'm SO glad I did. They have tons of unique items in here, a massive variety of selection- of classic and trendy pieces with all the vibes of a boutique. My only complaint is how far north they are- open another location in the south! Well worth the trek IMO.

It’s a treat to find Sublime and it’s chic boutique vibe in a mall, who knew? Their denim brands are two that I love, Mavi and Numero. They both offer a consistent fit and just the right price point for me.Sublime carries sooooo many brands I love like Pixie Mood, Molly Bracken, and the Onzie athleisure line, as well as niche brands that are new to me like Rock ‘n Karma, JJWinters, and Miz Dragonfly. Whoever is in the store is always helpful and friendly, the store itself is beautiful and bright, love it!Stay Beautiful.- Shannon
