Honestly this is probably one of the locations I hate going to, but its close to my house. The workers are slow, they are extremely stingy on “extra” veggies/sauce/etc, they do not make it feel friendly. Which 9 times out of 10 results in me just taking my food back home because it makes for a very uncomfortable dine-in.

Simar, the sandwich artist seemed high while making our subs. She was moving in slow motion the whole time. I challenge the owner/manager to look at the security video for themselves so they can see it. I thought I was looking at the sloth from that cartoon. It took her literally a full minute to cut one sub in half.

Now obviously Subway does not qualify for fine-dining but I do still expect an adherence to food safety standards and I still expect customer service to be on point considering it is a popular franchise. This Subway specifically gave me a turkey sandwich that tasted like the turkey had been sitting out for over a couple of hours, it was warm, inedible, and scary to eat considering cold cuts need to be refrigerated. I went back the next day to tell them and the lady told me I shouldn't order from them that late because they turn off the fridges earlier on Sunday evenings and despite me having to throw out the sandwich, they refused to replace or refund the order. I will not be coming back here any time soon. Also - in case you're wondering - I live 2 minutes away, I needed to get the sub delivered because I have a baby at home and the from order to delivery it took less than 20 minutes so I know the reason behind this is not because the delivery driver took too long.

The lady at the counter kept rushing my order(I was the only one in the restaurant). I guess whatever she had going on with her phone was really important. When I finished my order, I showed her my coupon which she wouldn’t honour. So, I left with two over priced sandwiches and no drinks. Don’t go here if you can avoid it, there are plenty of other better options nearby. 0/10 customer service, 1/10 food, 0/10 prices.

never seen a slower worker. you ask for something and she just looks at you blank. when we went up to the counter after paying to buy something else, she finished her conversation with the other worker (stood for like 3-4 minutes after she noticed us there) before asking us what we wanted.

We came for lunch and right away the old man at the till started yelling at the lady adding cheese to our subs in another language. Eventually she started taking some of the cheese off the sandwich, back into the tray, and gave the next sandwich next to no cheese. When it came to toppings, each sub got only 1 vegetable per bite if you were lucky. We asked for Olives on two 12" subs, and they got maybe 4 olives each. For spinach, we got about 4 - 5 pieces on a 12" sub. They used barely any sub sauce as well.We ate in and watched everyone else who came in complain about the stinginess as well. My chicken sub was almost $14 on its own and I left hungry and disappointed.

I’m fed up with this location. Constantly understaffed (never seen more than one person behind the counter), and today was the final straw. Stood in line for while the staff member made online orders that came in while we were standing there waiting, only making sandwiches for the people physically there in line when there wasn’t an online order in the queue. Gave up and walked out when two more online orders chimed in just before we were about to order. Online orders are clearly their only priority.
