My experience was great, and the meal was delicious. Also, the workers were very welcoming while creating my sandwich. I would recommend this lunch spot to friends and family.Kid-friendliness: They were really patient with my 2 kids as the picked out their ingredients and my kids loved the food.

I had a disappointing experience at this subway when a worker used the same gloves to handle my veggie patty sandwich after dealing with ham and bacon. This lack of hygiene raises concerns about cross-contamination, affecting the overall quality of service.

I walked up to this restaurant on Friday Dec 1 and was greeted with a friendly "what do you want". The service felt rushed, like I was in the wrong being a paying customer. Overall slow but the food was alright. I will not be returning.

Worst subway ever. As I was picking veggies for my sandwich (Oct 24, 2023 2-2:30pm), the worker was TEXTING on her phone and in the middle of my order walked away to continue texting. Another man came in and finished the sandwich. When I said I wanted onion he proceeded to grab the onion teriyaki sauce and I kept saying "no no sorry onion" he kept attempting to put this sauce on my sandwich to which I said a final and firm "no" he put some sauce on and then grabbed the onion. When I was ready to pay, she kept texting. When my partner paid, we noticed that he was charged for milk that we did not ask or have. When I went to get a refund. The same man could not understand me AGAIN. I pointed out the terrible customer service and that texting is not only rude but unsanitary when making my food. She proceeded to say she wasn't texting and started to yell at me. I said I wanted a refund on my card and got refunded for milk I coins. Avoid at all costs.

It was the worst experience ever!! The two employees working were so rude so unprofessional and started making the sandwiches in such a rush!! didn’t even prepare the food in a proper manner.

We ordered from this location on Uber and I can’t believe they got all of our special requests correct! Thank you for your attention to our order, food came fresh, tasty and nicely wrapped. Found our new favourite Subway location!

Worst experience! The two ladies working were extremely rude! When it was time to put sauces, I was being very careful for my MIL because she’s extremely allergic to eggs. I accidentally chose the wrong one. When I right away confirmed if it had mayo or not, she made such a bad face and when I politely (with a please) asked her to remove it , she kept rolling her eyes and shaking her side to side head so rudely as if I had done the biggest sin ever by wasting a few seconds of her life - she did it until she had wrapped my sandwiches and handed over to the lady who I was supposed to pay. So rude!!! Please get some staff members who know how to behave with customers!

Literally the worst subway experience I’ve ever had. The 2 women working were extremely unfriendly, let alone, had zero customer service skills. I was over charged and was laughed at. I had to walk away because I was so angry and appalled by their behavior. Do better with you staff choices market mall subway. Zero rating!
