Stay away from this dealership. I took my almost new Nissan pathfinder for a trade in so that I could check my option for a Mazda cx90, the quote was just atrocious and there was LOOT THE CUSTOMER AS MUCH written all over that quote.Went to another mazda showroom and instantly they quoted 7000 extra for my car.PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY

Bought a car, everything is fine, but I was forced to buy services I don't need and don't plan to use, and spend extra $3500 for thatUPD: Mazda Diamond Club was one of these services that I was forced to buy, and not ony this one. It wasn't possible to buy a car without this useless service that I don't use and am not planning to use.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Sunridge Mazda, I’m super happy with my 2017 Mazda 3. Zeeshan & Tony, thank you for helping me out with everything, it was much appreciated. I’ll make sure when I want to upgrade in the future I’ll come back to Sunridge.

not satisfied with the delivery team when I picked up my 2016 Mazda 3 GX. We got the car below half tank of gas and the coolant level was very low. We thought eventhough it's a used car purchase, they would treat the vehicle with the same quality of detail during inspection during delivery.

My credit wasn't the best, but i was able to get approved. Got an 2016 Jeep patriot. Low km considering the year. Loaded and remote start. At first, I wasn't sure about the vehicle. I had a long day and was lacking sleep. So I gave myself time to think things over. Fast forward to today. I love the jeep. I had the pleasure of working with Sunena. Check them out for yourself.

My partner was in the market for a new vehicle for quite some time. He had his eye on a 2017 silver Mazda CX5 through Kijiji Auto's.We stopped by Sunridge Mazda (without an appointment) and were happily greeted by reception. We were fortunate enough to be paired up with Zeeshan. I personally hate car shopping for a number of reasons, but Zeeshan made it a very pleasant experience. He wasn't at all pushy, he was very patient, and happy to take the time with us to go over options. My partner ended up purchasing the initial vehicle in that same visit!Sonny (the finance manager) was very easy to talk to and didn't waste any time getting down to business and finding my partner the best rate.The following week, the vehicle was inspected and ready for pick up. This pre-loved vehicle looked so nice and clean and had that "brand new" feel to it. Greg G. took the time to thoroughly inspect the vehicle with us and go over any questions. He was extremely helpful. After this, we headed over to Tony D. to sign some paperwork to finalize everything. Tony was very kind and easy to talk to. He answered all of our questions and eliminated any concerns that we had.Shout out to the Sunridge Mazda Team!(Special thanks to Zeeshan for being extra awesome - give this guy a raise ?)

Jay is an experienced well informed salesperson. We Window Shopped around 3 different dealers, and Mazda Sunridge has by far the most friendly staff and comfortable show room. Jay was fantastic as well as the manager. From start to finish everything was beyond expectation.

Yesterday we went to this car dealership with hopes of getting more information on a vehicle we had already fallen in love with through the sales service of Kramer Mazda. Unfortunately Kramer Mazda did not have the vehicle we wanted in stock so we came here to test drive it. We already knew we wanted this vehicle and expressed to the gentleman that we were very interested in the vehicle. He said "well they won't be arriving for 6-9 months" and we proceeded to explain that it was okay we just wanted the information on it because it was the vehicle we had wanted. He was very hesitant on giving us the information for the vehicle we explicitly said we were interested in and kept trying to push a different style of the vehicle on us i.e. used because "we would get it sooner". He led us to the vehicle and we got to test drive it. During the drive we asked many questions. It got to the point where we asked him how long he actually worked at this establishment because he had no enthusiasm, was not listening to our interests, did not know the answers to many of our questions, and in general did not make us feel welcomed or wanted. He did give us a price break down of the vehicle we wanted and then asked us multiple times "so what is it you guys are hoping to do". We left feeling upset as we felt like we had inconvenienced him. We went back to the same salesperson who provided excellent service at Kramer Mazda and bought the vehicle from them instead.
