“Lived in the area for 3 years and just recently discovered this little store. Friendly couple owned. They have everything a convenience store has but more including including some fresh vegetables.Good Homemade sandwiches in the fridge (some a bit pricey but better than any premade and shipped sandwich you can get at 711/circle K or any other convenience store that I've been to)I will be supporting Bella food store from now on.”

“We all experience very lacking customer service these days so when a store has actual friendly and helpful staff, you notice it. The cashiers here are always so nice and polite, other staff are often right there to take my cart or basket as soon as I’m done with it. I often see managers out on the floor, actually working and being present. There’s care put into this store and it shows. I prefer to pay a bit more for groceries here than to brave the crowds and terrible service at cheaper stores. Keep up the good work guys, you are very appreciated!”

“Today we purchased a couple of plants from this location and had such a lovely employee help us! I believe the employee’s name is Zale. Zale was so unbelievably kind and brought us even more options that were already displayed. Zale then offered to wrap the plants we had chosen for free and put adorable curly ribbons on the packages! Zale then gave us some great recommendations for keeping the plants healthy. It was such a lovely experience and we truly felt Lis this employee to pride

“*Had to round up to 4 stars since I can't give it 3.75* This convenience store is good for getting some groceries (minus most meats, fresh fruits & vegetables) in a pinch, although like other convenience stores, the prices for most of the stuff is notably higher than at regular grocery stores. They have a decent candy & snack selection along with some juices, pops, etc., and they recently added some slurpee machines. (Well, "Frozen Drinks" machines, but even the cashier at Cirlcle K the other week called the froster I was buying a slurpee, so the post-it note on the machine here is referring to the style/kind of drink the machine makes.) Edit: Oh I forgot, they also have a coffee machine too, it's beside the slurpee machine.”

“Good little store in downtown and helpful employees. I don’t get why people complain about store’s closing early. I try to finish shopping 15 mins before closing time like most considerate people would. I will continue to shop here like all the other regulars for the good service the store provides.
P.S. I like that their ice cream goes on sale a lot. My friend and I will look out for those deals during summertime!”
“Good classical Alberta service with high-quality products, food produce, and meat. It is definitely more expensive than Costco, but if you don’t wanna travel that far, it is a good local solution. I think the concept deserves support by people locally.”
“I don’t shop much at big grocers but when I do I go out of my way to go to this location, I love the service there. So friendly, Carmen at the till is great with my toddler and kind to me too. I had a great interaction with Cheryl in the meat department too who helped me by reading out ingredients over the phone, wow! That’s tough! Always clean and quiet. I only wish they stocked more organic milk or cream brands”
