Don’t shop at the Chinook Center location. The current Manager has no clue what customer service means. Shop at the MarketMall location where that Manager will treat you with respect.

Absolutely horrible horrible horrible service. In store, and customer service online. I received earrings as a gift. Their receipts from my own purchases say: without receipt exchange or giftcard. Under each receipt their policy is outlined. I have attached a picture of the return policy on the receipt for ALL of the employees that don't know their company policy. Or simply just refuse refunds to not lose sales. Why do you have a return policy when you don't want to adhere to it? I went to this store 2 times. Got told they cannot do anything at all even after I called customer service and they said I can. Called customer service three times and get told I will be able to exchange. The items were never even tried on and in their original packaging and then as a last resort to not exchange the associates claimed/LIED they were "worn" and cannot do the exchange…. Just ridiculous. I have bought at Swarovski many years but this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. The red haired lady and assistant Manager we're the ones I was dealing with. I have read other reviews about the staff being racist to customers that are South Asian and while that sounded extreme it doesn't seem so out of the box now. I get you don't want to lose a sale but come one now. This refusal of returns and exchanges seems to be the trend here at Swarovski. I'm not the only one that has left the same way. This is ridiculous. Buyers be aware, they love your money and purchases, just not your returns. Never experienced this horrible customer service from any company. Training staff to adhere to your company policies and not refusing a exchange to not lose a sale seems to be the most basic thing. Honestly save yourself the hassle of not being able to return and just do not buy from here. They would rather make you spin around for hours and lose any further sales than build relationships and promote further purchases it seems.

Excellent customer service, I love to shop at Swarovski Chinook Center , last couple of years I did not want to come to this store because I have a very bad experience with store manager , which is great she is not there anymore, everyone there now are very kind and polite and so helpful, and they genuinely help you . I really recommend everyone to go to this store . ????????????

This location has a Beautiful Selection! And yet, I only wish I could say this about the Snotty - Arrogant Individual that finally stated "Hi what are You trying to shop here for today!!" This Extremely Rude Female was tall - bleach blond hair tide back tight - dark eye make up - wearing ALL Black. Also had a muddled Euro Accent. I have often shopped at SWAROVSKI in the DOWNTOWN Location. The LADIES ARE SO KIND, WARM, FRIENDLY & Yet STILL PROFESSIONAL ❗I will NEVER EVER Return to this Store at CHINOOK CENTRE Again ❗❗

After reading a few reviews about poor customer service here I was a little hesitant to try this branch, but the lady named Youngsin went above and beyond to help me with choosing a gift and checking stocks at other stores.

Horrible customer service, this a second time I go to third time I’m going to Chinook Center Swarovski around evening time, couple of time on Saturday and this time on Thursday same employees one with red hair and the other one was standing behind the cash register looked at us with the rude manner and so unprofessional why asked us if we need help so when we said not at the moment she turn her face and walked away with her hand in her pocket, and the other one tried to make a conversation with us with so Inappropriate way of making jock which is not for high end store like Swarovski.Don’t ever wast your time and go there. Please do something about it

Truly a horrible experience. I received an item as a gift, went to the store to simply exchange it due to its small size. The sales associate barely looked at it and the gift receipt then dismissed me by saying this is an outlet item and I have to go to Cross Iron. This item was listed as a new arrival on the website. Then I make the 40 min drive to Cross Iron only to be told this is definitely NOT an outlet item but rather a brand new release. Not entirely sure why staff at the Chinook location are working there if they’d rather not do any work???

My boyfriend and I went inside the store to look around and I was trying to get an idea for a birthday gift. The lady working there literally looked me up and down gave me the most disgusting look and asked if she could help me. When I said not at the moment she rolled her eyes and turned around proceeded to make a comment under her breath which the other girls working there laughed at. After about 2 minutes she came up to me again and asked if I was sure I was fine and then hovered over me the rest of the time. The staff working on Aug 6 were very unprofessional.

Late for write a review for here, I just want to share my experiences in this Swarovski store. I come here for 3 different times, everytime I was so lucky to met the same service girl, who is young and cute, her name is Patricia. She is very patient and nice to help me find the product I want. And give some suggestions for my choosing problem haha... ????. Anyway, I love to shop here, there is no pressure and everything is good, service is great. Store is beautiful and clean, you can find anything you want here, and they are professional to help your shopping experience.Thanks for everything. ❤️I love my accessories❤️❤️❤️definitely go back again if I need anything ????

I visited the swarovski at chinook for the first time. They indeed have a good stock but my experience was very distasteful. Initially I was helped with good polite staffs but then one of the staffs took over who seemed to be their manager, and she was the worst. Very racist in attitude, we were rattled by her statements. This was probably the worst customer experience we had at a jewelry store. I usually don’t put reviews but this behaviour of the staff provoked me to put one.

Terrible customer service there. When I came to buy something, they were really happy to help me. But after a days when I changed my mind and came to return it, their faces look so mad, they showed their attitude so bad...no words to say with them... I never seen the customer service like it before. It's happen too many time but I let it go. But now, I can't.I need to write the reviews..

I am disappointed and frustrated with the service I received here. I had placed an online order to pick up in store as I was traveling out of town, only receive a call that the order had been cancelled and that I would need to come in store to pick up before the end of day. My question is, why offer online ordering if the stores are not willing to honour or process the order? After a second phone call, I was able to repurchase the product by providing my credit card number over the phone, which I can only imagine provides a higher commission for the individual store, but makes the customer experience quite frustrating.

I had bought my daughter a bracelet to wear on her wedding day. The bracelet ended up being too large. We went in to do an exchange and found out we missed the 14 day return policy by 2 weeks for the other items we purchased. I didn’t argue when they said all we can do is give a gift card. However the gift with purchase that I received originally the manager tried to withhold and when I said I’ve paid full price to receive that gift she proceeds to say in a snotty tone well you can’t return anything because your past the return date. I said you’ve already made that clear. Horrible customer service from the Manager of this store. She was rude and had an attitude. Maybe it’s time for her to get out of retail. I expected more from Swarovski.
