I went in to inquire about a generic watch strap for my watch. Upon showing the salesperson my watch and without time to ask my question, I was immediately told that they only deal with the Swatch brand of watches and to try The Bay. Nonexistent customer service will keep me far away from this store!

I ordered a white leather band for a Swatch irony and paid swatch Chinook in advance for it 6 months ago. $37.95 plus taxStill no strap. Manager has a number of excuses.Still no strap.No refundgiving up now and moving on

Nice store, friendly staff. The do have lots of options. Price is quite hight, but they are really stylish and they do offer warranty (for 24 months - more details you can find online) Good place to get watches as a gift to someone special. Good customer service and great location as there is parking at the mall.
