Symone and the staff at this location made it a seem-less and fun process throughout it all and taught me a lot about diamonds ect. “I brought my Grandfather's watch in for service and repair because it wasn't keeping good time after sitting unused. I think it's originally from the 1970s and it probably hasn't been worn since the late 90s. Watch Warehouse did fantastic work and it's now running perfectly.They initially told me the service would take around two weeks. When I hadn't heard from them after that time I called and they said it would be another week. I still didn't hear from them so I called again. Another week. The next week, same thing. It ended up taking five weeks, during which time they never once called me, it always had to be me chasing them.If they'd better set my expectations around the timeline or their communication had been a bit better I'd recommend them without hesitation, because the quality of their work was great.”

From repairs to ordering custom pieces every interaction I’ve had here has been top notch. Super knowledgeable and friendly staff, great quality jewellery, very fair pricing and just overall ran by good people. I went to what I thought was a reputable diamond store before and was getting pushed to purchased a lab made diamond… I couldn’t bare the thought of going forward with that as this was for my future wife, she deserved a real diamond. “Beth is a delight at this Fossil store. What a wonderful chat we had about watches in general. No saleswomen speech, just a friendly banter about overrated Tiffany blue etc. experienced a great encounter in a retail industry after a long time. I had already put Fossil on my delisted watch brand but I ended up buying an automatic heritage collection piece. This is the difference you can make in customer’s experience when you work in the industry you love and not because you need a job.
