“Based on reviews, I popped in to see if my setting could be tightened. As expected, based on the many favourable reviews, Minh was LOVELY!! He educated me about the setting, the degree of loosening, normal changes overall and regular maintenance. He tightened my setting on the spot, cleaned my ring and then wouldn’t take my money!!!!! It’s always nice finding knowledgeable, passionate and trustworthy people in any industry and then I am confident I found my jewelry guy going forward. Thank you so much, Minh!!!”

“So impressed with this jeweler! I had a small job to be done, check claws and clean my grandmothers diamond ring and replace a tiny opal in a ring my grandmother gave to me on my 16th birthday (many yrs ago!). The staff treated us so very well in spite of our modest job and I think they must treat all their customers the same whether spending $125 or many thousands. They were warm, welcoming and very professional. The job was done well and I'm thrilled with my rings - they also cleaned my rings and they look brand new! When I have jeweler needs in future I will take my business only to these good people at Imperial Fine Jewelers. Highly recommended!”

“Very Satisfied and Highly Recommend. I decided to start wearing my Fossil Watch after a decade and once I got the watch from storage, obviously the watch already stopped working. Did my search and found the Fossil Store in Chinook Centre in Calgary. When I visited the store, I was greeted by Ralph and answered my questions about the watch. He even gave me the support contact if ever they couldn't fix the problem like a part needed to be replaced. The next day, I brought the watch to the store and Ralph also helped and checked the watch. He then start working on the watch, replaced the battery and started to configure it. After that, he showed me the watch working without any problems. He also help me fit the device and if I needed extra links, referred me to the right contact. Very Professional and great at work. Good Stuff!”

“Honestly, what can I say about my interaction yesterday with Moe and his colleague (didn’t catch her name). Moe was incredibly helpful with a warranty exchange, I originally didn’t have the box/proof of purchase that is required, he tracked down the order/receipt based on my bank history, swapped out the defective watch, registered both of my kids watches for any future issues. Incredibly helpful, went above & beyond, this is what a customer experience should be like everywhere. If I could talk directly to the district manager or his immediate boss I would strongly convey the need to not jeopardize losing a team member like Moe, whether further immediate remuneration or a promotion is required!”
