“Honestly, what can I say about my interaction yesterday with Moe and his colleague (didn’t catch her name). Moe was incredibly helpful with a warranty exchange, I originally didn’t have the box/proof of purchase that is required, he tracked down the order/receipt based on my bank history, swapped out the defective watch, registered both of my kids watches for any future issues. Incredibly helpful, went above & beyond, this is what a customer experience should be like everywhere.
If I could talk directly to the district manager or his immediate boss I would strongly convey the need to not jeopardize losing a team member like Moe, whether further immediate remuneration or a promotion is required!”
