What can I say about this gym? Nothing but stellar things. If you're looking for a space that provides structured and pre-planned workouts, personable trainers that will cheer you on as well as challenge you, and a welcoming community of members...look no further...plus the punching things part is a fun bonus!

Amazing gym! Great workouts. Owners are super friendly and helpful. Really helped me get stronger and healthier. Can't recommended this place enough!

I have only recently met Nicole and done a bit of training with her at Sweat City. From just a few interactions, I can confidently say that she genuinely cares about people at the gym, is very kindhearted and is also very skilled at doing one on one boxing training. I would highly recommend.
