Excellent in store experience but have to take three stars off for online ordering alone . They messed up the commercial invoice amount resulting in a duty fee that is almost equal to the order amount . They gave me the receipts for me to correct the duty fee with UPS but the latter too isn’t easy to deal with .I am struggling to get UPS to deliver to an access point when home delivery isn’t feasible for reason of dogs at home and no person being home during the weekday . They said in order to fulfill the request I have to pay duty fee online but they won’t update the duty fee to the new amount . One person had the audacity to suggest that I pay the higher incorrect amount first and ask for reimbursement. This is not right .Additionally when I ask for price adjustment, the initial amount of refund was given wrong by the live chat agent . When I tried to rectify that the next day , the other chat agent said I was writing too much and not letting her concentrate when I wrote my concerns . The agents seem rushed . That chat was terminated after 5 min.I will try and adjust the price in store today . I have no more energy to deal with online customer service .I think a Canadian warehouse and ship to store option is greatly needed in order to avoid the multitude of problems I encountered with this order .Canadian customers , this is your PSA to shop in store . That way any issues could be dealt with in person vs losing sanity over online customer service .It’s really sad because so far the in store experience has always been positive . Who knows online orders could lead to this much trouble .Also , in addition to duty fees please know that online orders have a $25 shipping and handling fee . Just don’t do it it’s not worth the stress of trying to solve problems with online orders .

While I absolutely love the clothing in this store, I will continue to purchase it online. I find the sales personnel in-store haughty and rude. To only engage with customers perceived to be of a certain status is appalling. Of course once you bring an item to the till to purchase they will engage. Disappointing customer service and experience from an upscale clothing store.
