I had the best experience when I went to get my new phone this week! The customer service was exceptional and professional. Bert was such a great help! If you need any service from this company I highly recommend that you go to this location and ask for him!

I came in yesterday around 2pm to upgrade my phone - there was one guy working and he was chatting with 3-4 girls at the front of the store, all leaning on a table talking about their weekend plans and where to get sushi. The man begrudgingly agreed to help us and when we sat down, gave us a million reasons why we shouldn't renew because there are "no sales on" and I still had 2 months left in my contract (I knew this, and was fine with it, I wanted to upgrade and had made time to go to the mall with my baby to get this done). He literally told me to set a reminder in my phone to come back another time, it was very clear he did not want to work. We went to Best Buy Mobile upstairs and they helped instantly, upgraded my phone and convinced my partner to leave Telus and join Fido which they did! Telus lost a customer and would have lost me too if I another carrier had a better deal for the phone I wanted.It was clear we were being turned away because the guy did not want to work, and he immediately ran back over to the group of girls and resumed talking about his sushi order leaving us standing there. Not a good experience - but, the consequence was a lost customer.

Booked an in store appointment, as was having nothing but issues trying to renew/add services online, and via phone.Agent told me she couldn’t help revise my services unless I was a ‘new’ customer. Well I ‘was’ a customer for 25+ years. Moving on from such terrible customer service.

Visited the store yesterday evening to resolve an ongoing issue involving a new upgrade that was not able to be resolved with customer service and loyalty support over the phone. I was promptly greeted by Cathy and Kendra who not only helped resolve the issue but ended up getting me a better phone plan.As someone who has many years of customer service training experience, I was impressed by their customer service ability as well as their genuine level of care.Great job you guys! You deserve all the recognition!

One of the best experiences I've had in a shop. I got an amazing deal and the staff (Wolfgang B) did an awesome job explaining everything. I had everything done (lines ported and app set up) before I left the shop. I wish all shops and services were like this!

I would like to commend an awesome young lady Kendra Arrowsmith, who served me at your Southcentre location this past, Monday, December 4th. Not only was she very personable, knowledgeable and professional, she was so helpful in assisting me with the purchase of a new IPhone, SE 3. Kendra spent over an hour with me, transferring data from my old cell and explaining different options that were available in order to access certain apps and functions. She also very kindly had Telus contact me on my land line later that afternoon, because could not access voice mails from my previous cell. I, therefore had to speak with a Telus technician, who walked me through the process of being able to reinstate my voice mail app. His name was Jeff from the Philippines and he as well, spent alot of time explaining what the problem was and thereby rectifying the matter. Kendra, in my estimation, should be commended for going above and beyond the extra mile to ensure I received the BEST customer service and she is not only a credit to your store at Southcentre, this amazing lady is a valuable asset to the Telus corporation in general. Sincere gratitude Kendra for all you did for me, and will definitely have you as my go to person if and when I need help, or just to answer any questions concerning my new phone. ASK FOR RAYMOND!!! This man is heaven sent. Helped my wife with a new phone and a watch. Above average customer service! Made the whole thing super smooth and east and I felt taken care of at the end of it all.

Normally hate coming into stores like this, but I have to say the guy that helped me, Francisco I think his name was, was the best help I have every had from anyone associated with Telus at all. The best part is at the time of writing he was new to his position and was better at his job than I am at mine that I have been doing for significantly longer!

My husband and I went into this Telus location today. When greeted it was "you can sit or can let the men handle the business" had to double check the year to make sure I didn't step back into 1923. Really unimpressed. Sat and listened to his speech on a deal that we said we were not interested in (only wanted a new phone not phone and watch plan) and he went through and just did whatever he thought we needed. Walked out of there without anything and did not switch any plans to telus. Disappointed.

I had to give them one star because it wouldn’t let me give them zero. We have had nothing but issues dealing with the store from home service to our cell phones. Had an issue with one of the sales people not getting credit back for my phone that I previously paid for manager said they would call us back. We have not heard anything back from city manager in well over a month, this is a customer unservice

After of more than 30 years with TELUS, finally I found a really good TELUS customer service representative, his name Russel H. at the South Center mall. Excellent customer skills!!!Russell went beyond expectations!! Perfect !!
