1. Phone purchase and new contract sign-up.2. Issues surfaced on the 29th day.3. Spent over 8 hours with customer service at various levels.4. No resolution despite extensive efforts.5. Visited the shop three times, issues persisting.Misinformation from every channel.Very disappointed..

My phone with Koodo had issues with 5G network and only connected to LTE for the past few years. I’ve gone to other locations and all they’ve done is switch out the SIM card for me and it still didn’t work. Today Karan was patient and called the Koodo tech people and worked on my phone until I got 5G network. Even though the store was quite busy today Karan was patient and courteous to not just myself but to other customers ensuring that they will be helped soon. The whole team from what I observed was very helpful and professional.

Just moved our corporate account over from Bell to Telus, so happy with the decision. Karan and Bri have been fantastic, excellent customer service, very friendly and helpful.

Came home from work and stopped in just in time to grab a new phone. First 15 pro max out the door. Aman was super fast, professional, and respectful. Even helped me get my stuff transferred from my broken phone!

Aman S. was helping with purchase and activation of new devices, due to some network issues this ended up being an extremely difficult task. Aman ended putting in an enormous amount of work over numerous visits to the store to straighten everything out. He was very knowledgeable, professional, polite and thural in getting my account in order.

Empty promises and scammers on a massive scale. It would simply be immoral to support this company.Once we fell for their tricks, we saw the truth we pulled out immediately.Their so called 'customer service' does not exist. You will get transferred from one to the other, and no one takes responsibility for the shirt they wear.A gross experience had by myself and my partner. We are glad to have moved away......currently supporting Koodo, cheaper plans, better support, promises kept.

We just moved to Calgary looking for an Internet connection. Pritha explained all the best options and deals for new customers. We picked a plan and there was some problems with the account. However, Pritha called after to make sure the exact price of what we were paying and explained.Thank you Pritha for making our experience at Telus amazing!

Don’t trust the “Telus” company. A complete liar’s company.At the beginning of September, my two-year contract with Shaw was almost over, so I connected to move to Telus. They said it’s possible in our neighborhood, so they set up all my information and installation date. And a few days later, they canceled because there was no line in our town. I understand up to this point.But!!!!! Telus contact again about two weeks after cancellation, I know your contract with Shaw is coming to an end. He offered you $65 per month for 1GB and $300 credit. So I asked him about more then ten times. Are you sure. Not long ago, Telus said no to our neighborhood, and they canceled it themself. After a few calls with him, he said there was no problem, and he checked to trust me!!! So I take his word for it!!! Trust the company Telus!!!! Telus set a date for the installation.But!!!!!! They didn’t come on the an appointment date, on time. without a single call. It was Saturday so all family include 2 little girls just waiting. So I called, and I talked to the manager, “Clara”. She Just repeat that she understands all my feelings. And what she is suggesting that I can pay $70 for 150 internet speeds, would you accept it. I’m using internet 300 in Shaw right now, and I asked if it’s faster than that, and she said no. I asked if you would accept the offer, and she said she wouldn’t either.And she said i will continue to check if the line is installed again in my neighborhood for 2-3 weeks and contact me. She checked there’s a possibility of installation in 2-3 weeks. Then I asked why they didn’t install it earlier and why they didn’t contact me to cancel it because it wasn’t installed. and she said they contacted me. But!!! She said Telus send the message about cancel. But the number I used 6 years ago.What's so funny is that when they set the setup date, they sent it to the number I use now, but when they canceled, they sent it to the number I used before.That’s a number that someone might use now, so it’s not my number anymore.In the end, she asked me what kind of reward you wanted. I said you’d contact me as soon as possible in my area. That’s why I told you. $65 for 1GB and $300 credit that you guys have offered me now, plus the fine I have to pay when I cancel shaw contract. Sand me to mail or email all these guarantees. She can’t guarantee me anything because I’m not a member of them. Instead, one thing is that Telus will going to pay $200-300 for the fine that I have to pay to Shaw cancel. So I told her to write everything down and send it to me by email. When I asked her when you would send it, she said when we hung up and send it right away.Three days later, I have not heard from each other from “Clara and Telus” I’m a fool for believing in a company that only lies. Manager Clara, everything you said to me is a lie, so it’s ridiculous. Telus, a company that only lies.

Aman was very good at understanding what I wanted most from my phone. He explained all the options available and what they included and cost. He did not try upselling me on anything I didn’t need. His pleasant manners made the transition to a new phone very easy.Thank you Aman!!

The experience was really great. @aman was very friendly.Editing my review: I didn't know about the convenience fee waiver. Aman could have told me about that when we were there. At least I could have saved $60 when we bought online. All my friends got that convenience fee waived by their operator. @aman, is there anything you can do to waive my convenience fee?
