Naomi was an incredible help with all things we needed from Telus. She helped us get a new phone, as well as get us set up for our new home security/internet/phone/TV. She is extremely knowledgeable, and was very mindful with how long these these processes can take (she worked as quickly as she could). Definitely make your way to her if you need help with all things Telus!

Just got my Olds phone transfered to a new one with Arun B at the Market Mall location. The process was very smooth, and Arun was friendly and went out of his way to get me the best deal possible. He described the cost structures clearly and succinctly. Would highly recommend this store and Arun for a stress-free, friendly, and cost-effective experience.

Went to this store this morning to ask about swapping from esim and back to physical sim card as I go back and forth from one phone to another on guy was helpful and told me just to put the sim card into your iPhone 16 and that's it so thought all was good and went home and swapped back to other phone and put the sim card into the old phone and does not work and needed to register , now why didn't the rep at market mall telus do that for me , side note maybe they were to busy watching soccer instead of actually helping customers . Definitely not my first choice to go and give my business to them

Michelle is 10/10. Took her just 20 min to fix a mistake made in our profiles by Telus Customer Service-- when no one at customer service could fix their own mistake for 6 months of trying.
Please save yourself the 6 months we lost on the phone trying to connect to a human at Telus, and just go into this store at a time when she has time to help you! (We went in ~1hr before close on a Monday night --were back home before close. :) ) Thank you!

Outstanding Support from Telus Sales Representative
We recently had an issue with our Telus plan where the rate was higher than our previous plan. Thankfully, the sales representative, Rav, stepped in and provided exceptional support. She listened attentively to our concerns and worked quickly to reinstate our original plan rate. What truly stood out was her professionalism and dedication to ensuring we were satisfied. Her clear communication and efficiency made the entire process seamless and stress-free. We’re incredibly satisfied with the top-notch service and would definitely recommend her service to anyone visiting this location.

I went into the Telus store in Market Mall to get a new SIM card for my daughter’s IPhone. The first Customer Service Rep quickly replaced it and we were happy. However, after leaving we realized the phone was not working, so we went back. The next Customer Service Rep, was happy to help.
But for some reason, she took my phone and removed my SIM, then replaced it with another one. I checked my phone and it was now not working properly. She then put a new SIM card in my daughter’s phone and it was working, but mine was not. I wasn’t happy with this and said she needs to fix mine. She said that this was not really their job but was an Apple issue. I wasn’t happy with that answer and told her I wanted my phone fixed as it was working perfectly before I walked in. She then asked me rudely if I wanted to do it myself? I got upset at that point and again said that my phone was working perfectly before she replaced my SIM card. She then tried 3-4 new SIM cards and it seems to be working properly. However, this took approximately one hour. I have been a Telus client (phone, home etc) for over 20 years and spent over $100k on their services, so to hear something like, “It’s not even our job” after she messed up my phone was not well received. I am the client!!

We worked with Sean and Jeeran at Telus in Market Mall and had such an amazing experience! The staff was very helpful and took the time to work with us to come up with the mobile phone plans that best fit our business. We will definitely be back when we expand our team!

Worse worse experience with Telus. I wish I could give ZERO starts. We went yesterday to Telus store in market mall and the guy gave us offer for mobility 2 lines and home internet then all day passed by no message to port number. On top of that we were not told we will be getting tv and landline in packages which we never asked for or never wanted. We spent all evening calling chatting with Telus and came to know our numbers were never activated. Another agent called and activated our number and since then we didn’t receive text message. No authentication code received for our work email or banking and Telus put blame that we hv issue with our work and our banking. We called to cancel and they wasted 2 hours trying not to cancel. Then we came to know our number was under business account so we can’t cancel it. We hv to call other number to make it personal which is ridiculous coz they were just making excuses not to cancel us. It’s their store agent fault who mess up at first place and then we wasted 2 days trying to make. It work but Telus agent on phone asked if he provided excellent service honestly how come they get courage to ask this ? Worse worse horrible experience never will ever switch to Telus ever. Fraudulent company

My husband’s phone was stolen and Naomi was so helpful getting us a new sim card for his replacement phone. Wonderful service! :)
