Bought a new phone, Paid for an otter box case and $55 for a screen protector, had the telus person install the screen protector only to find it was not on my phone when I unfortunately droped the phone. Now my screen is broken, and they say to bad so sad. And say I took it off myself.. use your head people don't trust these people.

This is the first time I’ve been genuinely disappointed in this location. I can tell they’ve changed something, but it’s awful. The other day I was in with my wife to ask if we could get an iPhone 15, and the manager at the front had no interest in hearing my question and immediately told us to check in. Didn’t help at all which is a terrible system for people who have a quick question while the wait time is 2 hours. I get that there’s a lot of people that need help. So it’s understandable to wait, I get that and I didn’t mind. However, after waiting an hour, I sat down for maybe 1 minute just to be told that they were out of stock completely. Why wouldn’t you help at the front? The people working on the desks were able to thoroughly guide me through some options, and apologized on behalf of the person at the front. If this is something that recently changed to all locations, I don’t see a point in staying with Telus any longer”

This store provides easily some of the worst customer service and experience imaginable.I had an appointment set up and arrived on time and found my way to the associate who was scheduled for my meeting. Immediately she seemed annoyed by having to do her job and made me wait as she did something on her computer. When she was ready and called me over she continued her annoyed appearance and acted as if it was an inconvenience the entire time. I had done my research ahead of time and had spoken with a Telus EPP representative on the phone before hand who had laid out what was required. She was not able to figure anything out, so she asked a coworker for help who laid out options and recommendations to which she replied, "no, I don't do that" in an annoyed tone. The staff member who was "helping me" let me know that she could not help me whatsoever because that department was closed. This would be understandable to hear if it was not explained with complete annoyance and irritability. Part way through as I was discussing with her, one of her male coworkers came and interrupted our meeting and began talking about personal matters of an ex-girlfriend and his personal problems which was just completely rude and disrespectful. Throughout the whole thing she was very irritable and when asked for a recommendation as the situation clearly was not working, she gave no recommendations as she "does not make any promises" or provide any help for that matter. By the end of it, she was being very argumentative arguing with me over things she clearly did not know and lied to me making up things that were not true. I decided it was in my best interest to leave and explore other providers as the level of disrespect and lack of any help whatsoever was not to be found at this store. This is very disappointing as I have been a long-term customer of Telus and would rather not switch providers, but if this is the type of service offered, it is not worth the loyalty.This behaviour is completely disrespectful and reading from other reviews it sounds to be a normal occurrence at this store. This employee should not be serving in any sort of customer service position and needs immediate reprimanding and social and professional skills training if she is ever going to work in this position.

Awesome service at this location. Naomi was the sales rep - I needed to get my home internet sorted out for my new place and she was a real pro! Walked me through the process and was super patient the whole time. I highly recommend Telus at this location. Great work Naomi!

We went in to this store because I have always had excellent customer service here. Today the young Asian lady that helped us was totally indifferent to ours needs on not knowing why the phone was not working right. She said we usually charge for this service of helping bit I won't today. Next time it's an issue you can go to the apple store. She was very standoffish and acted as if we where wasting her time.

I ordered a new phone online and used the option to pick it up in this store. Even though I told the agent that it was a Christmas present for my son to give to him in a week, and the agent knew my son wasn’t at the store with me, he went ahead and activated the new SIM card anyway. This meant my son’s current phone instantly stopped working and he would have no idea why. So not only did it spoil the surprise, I had to try to get a hold of my son through one of his friends to let him know he would be without phone service until we could get the new phone to him the next day. When I complained to the agent, he said he was required to activate the phone in store, but after investigating, that is untrue. I could have activated it on Christmas Day myself as originally planned. Overall, the I felt the agent was either not very knowledgeable, or lying to get me to order though the store. I had come in earlier in the evening to talk about ordering, he said the price would be identical whether ordering online or directly in store, until I showed him that his price was higher by $8 per month x 2 years. Then he said I wouldn’t be able to do the online pick up, in fact it went through and was ready for pick up within an hour of ordering online. Even when I came back in and said that it was ready he said no. I had to show my confirmation email to him so he would check in his system. He either doesn’t know what he is doing, OR he purposely decided to mess me up and activate the phone because I went the online order route instead of ordering through the store. I rated 1 star because it wouldn’t let me rate 0!
