Purchased leather 3 seat recliner sofa..they 3 replaced 3 times without any quality check and once you buy the product with them your money is gone they will not refund . Very poor quality and service while selling they will be nice after that they show their attitude..it's like do whatever you will not get your money back even after 3 times replacement they are not able to deliver proper product learned the lesson hard way . I bought a sectional. But unfortunately, it did not fit in our elevator .I watched the delivery guys drop it many times before they got into the building.ripe the plastic on the door. As it did not fit, I sent it back. We went back as the salesperson was nice, so he would lose a sale. The second visit was not as nice. We picked a coutch and a love seat. We lost the sale price we paid. As our items were different. The delivery guys did the same and dropped the furniture.cought it on the door .the coutch has damage on it we called right a way. It took weeks of calling. Finally , they came and looked. Said nothing they can do its been rubbed, so it will go into a hole.
The love seat the arm rest has been damaged to .mentioned that, too.
They offered 100 for the coutch to keep as is the arm rest nothing .my husband said fine we will use the insurance we paid for ."Sorry, you can't use that. that was 2 weeks ago, and we will get back to you.not a thing. We paid for funiture un damaged .new, and we get this and are treated like an inconvenience.
Sure, we will take your money and suggest insurance.but you can't use it. Well, I am dissatisfied with your service. Your customer service. Your product and your delivery people..

This is a great location. Harneet was amazing in ensuring I got the mattress and bed frame that was best for my comfort and my budget. She was also very honest and didn’t try to push the most expensive items like other stores tend to do. I highly recommend
