Visited the store today to purchase a decor item and placed it with an employee while browsing the showroom for 5 minutes only to be told that it was on now on hold with a over the phone client at that exact time ?Bad business practice will not support a company that undermines a in store purchase over a telephone order .

Some amazing pieces. Got a beautiful, hand carved card table set here once which owner had brought up from Berkeley. I love her taste. Really worth time looking.

Really disappointing to see the change from what they used to be. We used to find a great mix of used & new, lots of selection, unique pieces. Now it’s really just a furniture store, nothing particularly unique or interesting. Prices are also higher & the space is much much smaller. I’m sure there were business reasons for the change but its no longer a place we will frequent.

Bad Experience. I called to consign my 9-piece dining room set. Before I had a chance to ask questions about their business model. The clerk repetitively asked the same questions about the condition of the dining set. I had to request to stop asking these questions over and over. I told them that the dining set was an 8.5 out of 10 for its condition. They asked for a picture which I sent by email. Latter that day they requested more pictures and were told they get back to me. At the end of the next day, I called them and the owner put me on hold for about 10 minutes. When I talked with the owner she told me the dining set was not good enough for the store. I asked why and they stated they only want like new items. My wife said the dining set is definetly a 9 out 10 for its condition. This was not a good experience and a waste of my time. Interestenly enough I also told them I would be shopping at the store for furniture since we bought a condo and moving in July.

This is an awsome antique mall. The owners are amazing. The place is super clean and has a myriad of interesting items.I found a koala bear ? stuffy made with kangaroo fur. I had been looking for one for 10 years!

This place is great! My new home really came together because of purchases at The Consignment Gallery. Kathryn and her staff are super helpful. If I need something else then this will be my first stop. Great option for Calgary newcomers like myself!
