I have nothing but good things to say about Matt, and the team. I have taken my truck here twice, for the front and rear diff. The work and pride they have fixing vehicles is un matched. I will always take any and all my vehicles here to have work done. keep up the awesome honest work guys!

I have nothing but praise for Matt, Troy and the crew at The Gear Centre. Our heavy duty RV broke down with a snapped real axle near Kananaskis Village. We were towed to The Gear Centre and the team evaluated our situation. They worked quickly and efficiently to get us back on the road in a reasonable amount of time. Excellent service and quality work.

Great customer service, great quality parts and service!!!This is the place to come when your lift is too High and your tires are to BiG !! Lol!! Speaking from experience!!But they do give longevity to all vehicles, buses, Rv's, Hot rods, ect..Happy to have a place in Calgary like this. They have been here for friken ever!! Thanks all, be back soon.. hopefully for a different truck!! Lol???

Very frustrated with the branch manager they had my truck for a week only to tell me that they couldn’t fix it, then over charged me for a diagnostic, poor service from the branch manager. I am completely dissatisfied with my treatment.

I’ve gotten plenty parts through you guys, wait times were never bad and the parts have held up. Troy swapped my diff yokes in a timely manner and gave updates . Matt got me an accurate quote and timeline and it all just went real well. Rear diff runs awesome now. Always recommending you guys.

Have been dealing with the gear centre for years business to business. Never had any problems until this time. This time was an absolute joke of an experience!!! It starts on May 2 and ends on May 26 almost a month long experience.May 2--My courier picked up the item on , they would have received May 2/3.May 6-- I called for an update on they said they just figured out that it was at there shop.May 9--Called again for an update they said 3-4 days and it would be ready.May 11-- they called me for the VIN of the vehicleMay 18-- I called for an update and parts were not even shipped from the USA shop yet, they expected the parts to show up in Edmonton today. Then they will ship piece back to us.May 19-- Parts have arrived in Edmonton from the USAMay 26-- I recieve my transfer case in Canmore.It was a bad experience and I am comtemplating giving them another chance as I am a two strikes your out kinda person but this was honest to god HELL TO DEAL WITH! Meanwhile my customer is calling me every day twice a day for updates as well. It was not a great experience with them.

I had a dealer in Lethbridge replace both my front axle seals. I was in Calgary and they started leaking. My local mechanic told me these guys are the pros. Took my truck there and Matt was so awesome at getting all the details and talking to the dealer who botched the work. Dealer called me to apologize and paid for everything thanks to Matt. If you need something done right, take it to the Gear Centre!

very very dissatisfied with the gear center they use cheap substandard parts and proved to them that there part was defective and sure they replaced that part but what about the labor that i'm out cuz i had to take that transmission out again all i got was a sorry and sorry doesn't cut it i highly recommend buying your parts somewhere else one star is too good for that place
