The staff in the tool rental department were incredibly helpful and always mindful of costs without cutting corners. Really appreciated the honest guidance and support. Wanted to make sure we had the right tool to do the job! Very helpful and knowledgeable!

I’ve been so busy, I ran out of time to do the survey on my receipt! Christy Conrad at Home Depot was absolutely wonderful to work with. She went above and beyond to help me find a discounted door that ended up being exactly the door I was hoping for. Her knowledge, patience, and willingness to really listen made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable.
She also took a genuine interest in my house-flipping project and asked thoughtful questions, which made me feel truly supported rather than rushed. On top of that, she helped get me set up with a Home Depot credit card, which resulted in even more savings — something I really appreciated.

When we unpacked the Christmas tree, we found it uneven, leaning to one side, with at least two layers of lower branches missing. If we cut the bottom of the trunk and trim the completely bare top, the tree would be no more than about 3.5 feet tall. I understand that we purchased it when the selection was very limited, but it is disappointing that a tree with such noticeable defects is sold at the same price as full, fluffy 5-6 foot trees.

Saved My Day With Incredible Help!
Today, I had an exceptional experience thanks to an outstanding Home Depot staff member Trevor who went far above and beyond his duties. Not only did he help me find everything I needed in the store with patience and kindness, but he also stepped in to assist me with an unexpected flat tire. This incredible employee even put on my spare tire for me, turning a stressful situation into a moment of genuine gratitude. His professionalism, compassion, and willingness to help made my day, and I couldn’t be more thankful for their extraordinary service!

I can find most of the stuff when you need to repair something. But you have to check the price on their app as the price in the shop may not be right and up to date

This place is a bad joke. There is ONE staff member who seems to know where everything is, and everyone else just goes to ask them. So that one guy is getting run ragged while everyone else does nothing. Waited 30 minutes, asked multiple staff members for help, but never actually got any. Won't be back.
To that one dude, I hope they are at least paying you well.

Had such an amazing experience today! Had to pick up some items for home Reno’s that my brother is in town to help with. I know absolutely nothing about handyman stuff and was so lost in the store. Sylvia was an amazing worker who helped lead me through everything I needed in the store and explained it all.
