Nice store, but impossible to find hell when you need it. No onexat all in lighting and I went to the lighting Dept twice on my last visit. Other times people are asking if you need assistance, but if you actually do need help the staff are untrained and unable to help. More training is required! We've found this is the case 95% of the time!

This review is is not towards the store but for the lady named Dawn, she is always so grumpy and has poor manners towards kids. She yelled at my girls today saying to stop touching one of their display. Dear Dawn, do t be rude to bunch of 4 yrs old please.

I broked a interior door lock that I had purchased from home depot a few months ago. Most of the lock was fine, but the latch was broken. I stopped by the country hills location on thursday, Nov 2nd, prepared to purchase a replacement part.The associate, Sara, helped me find the part I needed, and when she realized I purchased my first lock from Home depot, and the part I needed was small, she found me the exact piece I needed in a junk drawer of left over parts. She helped me test it to make sure it worked.I offered to pay, but she declined.Sara made my day and i was very happy to run into her.

I have been shopping here for years, they have all of the little things you need on a last minute, daily or weekend basis when specialty stores are not open.However, when it comes to customer service from the specialty departments when you are ordering things like closet doors… They definitely fall short on helping a customer out. I ordered two sliding doors earlier this year for a renovation I am doing. When I was finally able to , install the doors I found out there was a manufacturing defect in one of the rails/tracks. Francis in the door department told me I basically only had a 48 hour warranty with custom order doors. After almost 2 months of back-and-forth by email, Francis just didn’t respond to my last three emails asking for resolution. So I called the manufacturer directly and although they said they don’t normally do this, were more than willing to help because this Home Depot obviously dropped the ball.I will continue to use this store for the aforementioned day-to-day type items, but when it comes to ordering anything specialty, I would tell you all to stay far far away.

Hi Home Depot,It’s seems like you are indulge in unethical practice of misinforming your customer about home duct cleaning services. You have to be upfront, you allowed third party to work behalf of you and then making your customer to handle the damage they cause.You enjoy the share from them and provide your store to serve your customer but no liability and not information.Dan is cherry on top, highly unprofessional, impudent Assistant Manager, making feel your customers idiot and duped. Even a grass ranked customer associate would have handled appropriately.Jason -Store Manager is not accessible too.Duct cleaning guys give bills to third party then only customer realized and may be not.

Just wanted to shout-out to Farhad…I was in the store a couple weeks ago needed some wood cut and he was dealing with a elderly gentleman. The way he engaged that customer with love and patience truly inspired me and my daughter who was witness to his kindness! We need more people like him in this world!!

I visited the store on two occasions today, and unfortunately, both experiences left much to be desired. During my first visit in the afternoon, I sought assistance regarding screws from an employee who displayed a rather discourteous demeanor. Subsequently, We escalated the matter to the manager, who intervened and rectified the situation, even prompting the store manager to extend an apologies to us.My second encounter pertained to a return of an order. Unlike my experiences with other establishments, this particular store subjected me to an unusually extensive interrogation, inquiring extensively about the rationale behind the return. I clarified explained the why I return the item that my recent relocation to Calgary necessitated my selection of this particular store due to its proximity. Regrettably, the level of customer service exhibited did not align with expectations, giving rise to reservations about revisiting.In essence, it appears that the store's recruitment process may require reconsideration to ensure the presence of apt personnel. I do wish to acknowledge the contribution of the lady at the checkout, whose assistance somewhat mitigated my overall impression. On a rating scale, my assessment would lean towards two stars the store. I am giving two star because of the lady checkout and manager helped us.

I have a not really great experience today. I'm going to buy flooring capet and looking for associate to assist, coz I need that carpet is require to cut from the roll. I know that staff is serving other customer, but I really need help. I have standing nearby that staff few minutes. Due to that staff is explaining some flooring material to the customer, so I just ask could to call other associate to help me, he answer me please wait, I will help you after this customer. But that customer is talking with that staff more than 10 mins ago. I don't thing their talking can finished in short. Finally, I going to ask other staff for help. he is nice and helpful.For above experience, I understand first staff is serving customer, but I through he can find someone to assist. If that customer talk in long time. It may lost other potential customer. As I know Home Depot is concerned staff team sprite and hope staff can dispose in flexible, it may a single issue or that staff wanna to respect that customer so igone me.

The customer service center of this place is extremely poor but no supervisors or managers. The staff in the customer service center are not good. When I and my civil engineer was asking an enquiry, there was a staff in the customer service showing a tough attitude. When we realized that, we told her that this was our plan to take the materials to the work site since their vehicle rental department was about to close soon and also asked her opinion by explaining our situation. When she continued her attitude, I asked her, “DO YOU HAVE ANY BETTER PLAN TO SUGGEST?”She said NOOn top of that, when we left from there, she was laughing loudly at us by saying something to her co-worker who was next to her. THERE WAS AN EXCELLENT SUPERVISOR/ MANAGER WHO HELPED US LATER.

This is by far the worst home depot location to shop for tools. Came to return my DeWalt saw which I bought a day ago but the lady at the counter told me that the serial no. don't match so she can't take it. The other location took it instantly. You guys are better off just going to another home depot location than this one .

Very disappointed recently as had few experiences where staff mis guiding us or giving in complete information. Even without checking staff say no we don't have which is very unprofessional. For example few weeks ago we went to grab fence painting stuff and we told staff we r new so need guidance. We asked for deck wood filler, lady at desk gave us white filler and said this only goes with it . After doing on deck it's not hiding with semi transparent paint. Which was our plan to do and we end up buying soil color which I do not like but no choice. Also today we went to buy nails, we asked staff if they have person said no they don't and we then explored in store and found them which is so annoying that they r not doing what they hired for.

Nice depot. Seems membership people get discount.Saw dishwasher pod cost is 10$ when i purchase it's cost around 19$.
