We’ve had a really good experience at The International. Staff - OG has been very helpful. Once we were locked out and they came in quickly to fix our key. Thankful.

Our stay at the International Apartment was truly enhanced by the exceptional indoor function rooms and the amenities provided. The pool is offering a serene and relaxing space that made our mornings and evenings extra special. We particularly enjoyed the well-maintained area, which made it easy to prepare meals while enjoying the function rooms.
A special shoutout to Ogie, who went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and knew how to use all the amenities. His guidance was invaluable, and he made sure we were settled in perfectly. Ogie’s hospitality really made a difference in our experience, and we’re grateful for his assistance.
Overall, the combination of the function room, top-notch amenities, and excellent service from Ogie made our stay memorable. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable retreat.

We were visiting my friend at International, and OG was nice enough to show us the very well-kept amenity space. I was amazed by the hot tub and pool, which has a lot of equipment as well. It surprised us that they also have a barbecue patio deck with beautiful landscaping that feels like a real golf course. Thank you, OG, for welcoming us. We are highly considering moving to International after this interaction.
If you're thinking about moving, I highly recommend Minto Apartments!

I just recently completed the application and lease signing process for an apartment in The International and it was a breeze! I worked with Reina to tour the building and to get my application completed, and she was incredibly kind and answered all of my questions throughout the entire process quickly and professionally.
To complete my move-in inspection I met with Eason and he took the time to walk me through the building, my unit, and answer any and all questions that came up. He did a fantastic job helping me, and my experience with Eason and all of the staff at The International so far has been wonderful.
I would easily recommend this building to friends and family based off of my experience so far. I will update this review in a few months to detail how things are going, but based off of everything so far, I am expecting to keep my rating at a 5/5.

Really impressed when I was here recently for a friend’s party. The management was fantastic and really went out of their way to accommodate our group. A special shout-out to OG, a staff member who was extremely helpful to us and made sure that the place felt very safe and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend!

I recently attended a friends’s party and they have a room that was perfect for the event. The space was spacious and comfortable, having enough space for everyone to have a seat, mingle, and dance around the area. The management kept the area clean and tidy. OG, one of the staff, was also very friendly and accommodating, making the party run smoothly.

I had a great time recently at a friend's bridal shower at the International Apartments. The party and media room had very stylish furniture and great lighting. The party room and media room were both well maintained and clean.
The place was very spacious and great for a lot of people. There was plenty of space for food and decorations. I really liked the type of furniture and wall decorations in both rooms, it felt so relaxing and the ambiance was great.
Ogie, who manages the party and media room was very helpful. From the beginning to end he was very hands on and helping us in any way that he could, whether it was cleaning, setting up, safety, making sure everyone was enjoying themselves, and making sure we had everything we needed. He did an amazing job.
I highly recommend this place for your next party or get together.

The Theatre area at International Apartment is spacious and well-equipped, perfect for family and friends gatherings It's clean, well-maintained, and designed with convenience
Ogie, who manages area and building, does an outstanding job. His attention to detail ensures everything is clean, safe, and enjoyable for residents and visitors. Ogie's dedication contributes significantly to the overall positive experience of being in this location.
The management is outstanding, actively improving amenities and promptly addressing issues, demonstrating their dedication to making this a great place to be.
Highly recommended for those looking for quality and comfort in Calgary.

Been living here since our moved to Canada. Thanks to Reina for our hassle free move in. Menard has always been friendly and accomodating. Kuya Ogie and Kuya Eason is your guy when it comes to maintenance.
