This gym has truly redefined my perception of fitness, making it not only a physical journey but also an enjoyable and motivating experience. The sense of community fostered at The Method is exceptional. From day one, I felt welcomed and supported by both the staff and fellow members. The positive and uplifting atmosphere truly makes a difference in pushing yourself to achieve more than you thought possible. :)

This is the by far the best place I’ve ever worked out since I started going to exercises classes over 10 years ago. I wear a heart rate monitor and this place consistently burns the most calories of any other places. Also , the workouts are fun and varied , so it makes it feel quick to get through. I have built muscle here while also shedding fat. The Friday/Saturday classes are my favorite , I feel so accomplished when I do those ones. It’s a really good vibe here as well , I’m in my 40s but don’t feel self conscious here. Try it out !

I bought a 3-class pack, signed up and had to cancel my first class. After I cancelled, I wasn't be able to use the 3-class pack. I contacted them through phone call several times, insta message and even came to the place (it said it was open but the door was locked and could not reach no one). They never got back to me, I had to pay for the class but I couldn't sign up and attend any class. It felt like a scam!

We really love taking classes at The Method. All of the instructors we’ve had class with are wonderfully motivating, and the workout leaves us in sweat and sore the next day in our whole bodies. Love the mixture of cardio and strength!

I expect we all have been cautious about returning to workouts - Method has done an exceptional job of creating individual spaces with the requisite 6 m distancing - they personally sanitize after every person to ensure the job is done properly. I feel very comfortable working out here and my mental state is so much better now that I can get back in and drive that blood flow! Love the workouts, the environment and the people.

Amazing sessions, super tough all body workout (interval training style). Have been a few times with Polo, Danielle & Randall... all pushed us hard. Team there is so friendly and welcoming! Make sure you check out the bathrooms - interiors are insanely beautiful. 5 stars!

aesthetic meets a great workout. Workouts are well designed and gets your heart pumping. It ain't a easy one but it's worth it. The vibes and music is always on point. Keep killing it Method!
