This is an outdoor mall that is close to Heritage Station and that is why the name is called Heritage Station Development. Here you will find restaurants, Save On Food, Tim Hortons, Bubble tea, a dentist office and etc. It is a big mall with 2 parts to it. It is not directly connected to the Heritage Station. I would say it is about 5 mins walk away from it. The mall is pretty new and was developed to services the new condos in the area. Living in downtown, I rarely come here. I didn't drive here because it was really snowy. I ended up taking the C-train. It was definitely a bad idea on a cold day at -16 degrees but was probably safer than driving. There are plenty of free parking spots.
