Worst customer service I ever had.The manager should go back to school to take Good Manners Right Conduct course. Do not be sarcastic when answering questions maybe because I am an Asian. I will not go to that store again 😩

I came in to buy a new USB charge cable for my phone. The employee checked my phone to see what would fit and picked out a charge cable for me. After I paid, I discovered the cable was not what I wanted. I returned to the store less than 10 minutes after the purchase to return the incorrect cord and buy what I actually need. I was told that I had come back too quickly to get a refund. The employee told me I should make another purchase for the cord I needed in the first place and then come back another day to see if I could get a refund on the incorrect item the employee had picked out for me previously. It shouldn't take three trips and three transactions to buy a charge cord.

Worked with Ahmad/ Ahmed, the manager, Ali, Adrian and Fiona on a new iPhone 16 Pro and monthly phone plan on Virgin Plus.
They were all genuinely helpful.
It was Boxing Day and Ahmad and Ali went above and beyond.
Because there was a system glitch,
Ali stayed nearly 18 minutes past closing time to ensure my transition to the new cellphone provider went through successfully
I recommend this place over the 17 Ave Best Buy

I want to share my experience from a week ago when I visited Best Buy with my child to learn more about Apple Watches. Mr. Abhishek was incredibly welcoming and patient. He took the time to thoroughly explain the features of several models and even helped me set up the watch after I purchased it.
By the time we were done, it was already 6:30 PM, which means I kept him half an hour past his shift. I felt so bad about that, but he remained professional, patient, and kind throughout the entire process.
Thank you so much, Mr. Abhishek, for going above and beyond! I truly appreciate your help and exceptional service.

I went to this store and the sales reps are amazing! I went in unsure about which iPad I should get for my designing projects and what would be the best option for me, and Khushi walked me through everything. She was so patient and knew her stuff well. She even answered all my questions about laptops and Samsung tablets, giving me the complete picture about all my options and price range that I should be looking at. At the end, also gave me quick outlook on the phone plans they have!
Overall had a great experience, and the whole team is very helpful and attentive to customers. Will definitely go back :)

Every time I come in here, the staff waste my time trying to push phone plans and new phones no matter what I said I came in to buy. Last time I was actually looking for a phone and they tried to sell me anything but the specific phone I asked for. At the same time made the unnecessary process take longer by taking personal phone calls and chatting with the coworker about nothing relevant while I'm standing there waiting for them to finish assisting me. I left and went to the best buy on 17th where they actually gave good service, and didn't waste my time.

Bad overall experience; hope they trained their staff.
Went yesterday to buy a hard drive for my S|X; I was surprised to see it on sale. After the associate came to open and get me the item it was known to both of us that they double tagged the HD with another item ($22.99). She then apologized for the mistake which I get it. $115 sale item.
But then, as I was gonna see if a discount could be applied for the inconvenience as price match would be too much. She just ignored me and ran after another customer acting like he call her (when he didn't) for assistance he even confirmed that "he didn't need any help" and just started to make up a conversation.
Which I thought it was just her way to avoid a complaint or a "price match". I was just looking at the other staff at the till and 1 wasn't even helping a customer. No one came up to ask anything so I just left and will get it from Amazon.

I went to the store yesterday and was so thankful for every individual in that store they helped me transfer from business to personal account in a matter of time. The support respect ans kindness each individual showed was amazing.
