  Won't help me print a label for the shipping I already paid for unless I pay them $3. They also tried to change me for a strip of tape last time I was there

  Very courteous when asked about the pricing to print a shipping label. The quoted price was $3 which is substantially higher than other UPS locations which are priced at $1.25. There is another location nearby on 14th which I would highly recommend instead of this location.

  This pickup point sucks! Had an issue with picking up a package from here EVERY SINGLE TIME. Use the UPS store located on centre street and thank yourself later.

  Absolutely the worst customer service. Refused to look up a package based on the InfoService Number which is what the delivery driver left but the UPS main site/customer service representatives were more than happy to look this up when I spoke with them. Would avoid using this store for any future deliveries based on the brutal communication and lack of understanding from the individuals who work at this location.

  I had a package sent from UPS and used the closest UPS location rather than my home address to limit the time that it could be in transit and potentially damaged. This store actually had the nerve to charge me $10 for having the package delivered there and then me coming to pick it up. Not cool.

  We've been getting our mail delivered to The UPS Store in Kensington for well over a decade. It might be two decades by now. Wow, time flies. The staff has been helpful, and it's nice knowing that your packages will stay safe rather than possibly getting stolen from your porch.

  It was my first time receiving a parcel by air from Korea, and while I was having trouble receiving it, the male staff member took responsibility and helped me until the end, so I was able to receive it in the end. It was difficult to talk to the customer service center because my English was difficult, but he personally helped me and suggested a method, so I was able to resolve it well. thank you!

  Don’t come here to ship your packages. The man at the counter was incredibly rude and provided zero service or help. I’m not familiar with package shipping and instead of being helpful, he gave me attitude and didn’t provide a solution to my shipping problem.
