If you need a package lost use them, if you need a package delivered go somewhere else, the post office in London Drugs.

Worst service I’ve ever received, they’re charging double what any other UPS in the city for boxes and they also claimed they offered me free packing supplies which was a lie. Don’t believe their replies as this franchise is ran by a bunch of liars.

Had to photocopy my documents, 8-10 pages, including passport. Read all reviews of close by print shops, Paid less than $4, took 5 minutes. I highly recommend this spot. Thank you 🥰

Very slow service.
Don't expect any help from them.
I shipped a very small package within Calgary on a Thursday afternoon and was told it would get there in 1 business day. Checked in on Tuesday and the package still hasn't left the Beddington location. Called the location many time but they don't ever pick up their phone.
Finally I went in person and spoke to Mike, the store manager, and asked if I can get the package back so I can just drive to the place in Calgary and drop it off. But he said that there's nothing he can do as he doesn't know where the package is!
The package finally was shipped out after 1 week which is beyond ridiculous

Brutally sloooow every time I've gone here, its been like this for years now
That said, the staff are nice but be ready for 20 minutes just to send a package
Mike is probably the best staff member to deal with

I needed printing done and it was suggested to check out the UPS store. I went to the Beddington location. WOW!!! This is what great customer service is all about. Both Sumina and Wendy were awesome! They were very helpful to make sure the images were enhanced to make the best print possible. Thank you for your time and effort. The wonderful results are so very appreciated.
