This review is not about this particular store itself, but I can't seem to leave one for the customer service or shipping team. The service was horrendous.... I ordered an item with plenty of time before my wedding, when the package started to de delayed, I called and they reassured me that it would FOR SURE be there by the date I needed it. It was delayed again and I spent hours on the phone trying to get through, one rep hung up on me, I was not rude in any way, I do wonder if it was more to do with the language barrier than anything as we could not understand each other at all. When I finally did get a hold of another rep, I was again reassured that the package would be here in time. long story short this repeated until the day of and the package was NOT delivered until the following week. Not acceptable. I'm more upset with how awful their service was than the fact that the item was not delivered on time.

I wanted to apologize for being so grumpy when I dropped off my wife's Amazon return today (Dec 16 2025). She put the wrong label on the box. I didn't realize that and took it out on you guys. I'm sorry for that.

I recently needed to ship a gift bottle of Whiskey to Lethbridge and chose the UPS at Willow Park. These folks were eager to help with everything from the packing to the paper work. Special mention to Schwet for his happy demeanor and enthusiasm. I will be back without a doubt. 5 Stars. Thanks gents.

I went in with no info on how to ship internationally and the team here went above and beyond to assist with the insanely complex process of figuring out which forms are needed. Since I already had a label the store itself sees next to no actual benefit from me dropping it off as it was so the fact they provided great support was very appreciated. Thank you! (Canada Post strike causing extra strain on the system and new rules out of the USA, even though my package only passes through, cause these guys extra work)

Avoid this UPS Store in Willow Park. They refused my package multiple times and then lied about it, causing unnecessary frustration and time wasted. Honestly makes me never want to use UPS ever again. Their unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this location to anyone.
*** They say untrue, but that was what ups headquarters told me after I had to call so many times to try to understand where my new MacBook was. As I was extremely worried not understanding where this expensive purchase had ended up.

This UPS outlet is a go to for me every time I have a package I need to send. The owner and the staff here are always helpful and welcoming. Akshay the owner is friendly and very professional. Today, Vedant helped me with all the information that I need. Vedant is very thorough and double checked all the information to ensure everything is accurate. Thank you Vedant!
