They had to tape by box with 12 inches of tape. They charged me 5 dollars to tape the box. What a rip off. Oh… they gave me the roll of tape ugh . What ever happened to service. What a joke

Best shipping business and service! The store owner was so patient and stayed after closing to assist me with a very important delivery. He even helped me repackage the parcel to save $ even though I was keeping him after hours. Amazing service, very appreciative of business owners who care!

DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!!!!The owner is a scammer and ripping customers off. He openly admitted to me that he rips people off. Please use another UPS store and let this con artist go out of business.I asked for a Canadian passport picture photo and he told me that a digital photo was what customers were asking for.In actuality a printed photo is what’s needed. I told him that that wasn’t the case and he told me that know I would need to re pay for a printed copy.Instead of living up to his mistake he told me that it’s my problem.

I had two very heavy boxes to ship. One was quite large. The staff in the store were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Both boxes arrived in less time than estimated. My smaller box was a zip tied plastic bin and staff took the initiative and the time to put it into a sealed box for additional security. I would definitely go there next time.

It's frustrating to be given incorrect information about the delivery of your package. After 2 days of the website saying my package has arrived and I didn't have it called ups they said there was a mistake my package would be at my house the following day. when I arrived at home my packaged had not arrived. A rep from this branched phones me to inform me that the driver har brought it there and I told the UPS rep to send the package to my house the next day. However, when it didn't arrive and I followed up, I was then told that the package had been shipped back. This is a clear breakdown in communication and is unacceptable.Furthermore, it's concerning that the rep didn't seem to take your instructions seriously. I explicitly stated that i wanted the package delivered to my house, they should have followed through with that request instead of just telling me what they thought i wanted to hear.Overall, this experience with UPS was disappointing and frustrating. It's understandable that you would want reliable and efficient service when it comes to the delivery of your packages, and it's disappointing that UPS fell short in this regard. This isn't the first time I've had issues with UPS I will avoid the use of this service, unhelpful customer services they weren't even apologetic for sending my package back with out even informing me that this was happening. IF YOU NEED SOMETHING URGENTLY NEVER USE UPS!!

Edit to response:Your response is extremely unprofessional. Never did I state I expected it to be free. My review states it’s $1 per page and when I asked, I was not informed of this until it was already said and done. $1 per page is expensive, thus the reason for my poor review. Especially compared to other companies like Purolator, etc. Do better at educating your clients, and try not to yell on Google :)***Company charges $1 and some change per page printed! I had two returns and asked if they could print the papers Amazon sent me, the front desk man said yes however; failed to tell me that they charge for this. To print the return papers on regular white paper with black ink cost $6! I was floored. Also, very Slow service.

Great location for drop offs. The owner is super nice! Lately, we’ve been having problems with warehouse losing our packages but never had any problems with this location.

I came here for their fax service... both incoming/outgoing.The owner and his employee were both very friendly, even when they're working through the lunch hour.

Horrible, horrible, horrible service. They've had my package "out for delivery" for 5 days now. How hard is it to just give me my package? Useless service department. Stop holding my package hostage.

Adding details based on response from owner. Writing this review based on experience in the store and on the phone with the store.Received a notice from UPS that I'd have a package to pick up at this location. Came by a couple business days later and it wasn't there. No big deal, not they're fault if the package missed a connection. Guy at the front desk was a little arrogant, and explained it would show up the next business day, I told him I got the notice two days prior and he did change his attitude a bit and looked for it, and then explained that I could just track the shipment and come in when it arrives. So I didn't mind. Again, not his fault, as he didn't know all the details when I initially came in. (See, I'm an understanding and forgiving person)Called the store a couple days later when package still hadn't arrived just to see if they could look into it. I was refused and told he was too busy. He said I could call back later in the day but they didn't answer when I did.I work in customer service. I get that the shipment not making it to your store isn't your fault, but not lifting a finger to help , showing any empathy, or taking the two seconds to ask the driver to double check his truck when he makes his delivery is.We all make mistakes and can learn from them, change the quality of your service and I will change this review ❤️
