Hate UPS. Every time I see that my order should be delivered by UPS, I know I will never get it. Spent all my time and energy to get my package and never got it. Stupid drivers, even having all the details couldn’t deliver my order. Not dealing with UPS anymore.

Massive shoutout to Mustafa at the UPS Store — this guy is on another level. Every time I walk in, he’s friendly, quick, and absolutely locked in on helping out. Whether it’s shipping, printing, packing, or dealing with last-minute chaos, he handles everything like a pro.
He’s the type of person who makes the whole place run smoother. Always positive, always patient, and always making sure things get done right. Honestly, the store wouldn’t be the same without him.

I've been going here for a few years for all my printing, mailing, and picking up shipments and the staff is amazing. They are very helpful with legal documentation (e.g. immigration documents). Overall a great USP store!

Starting on Monday October 6th I went to this UPS location to get a label printed and pickup set up for Halifax Nova Scotia to receive my birth certificate as Canada post is currently on strike. They informed me they couldn’t set up a pickup time and that I have to phone in to customer service to set that up. I was on hold for over an hour to find out that my tracking number did not work. I phoned the store back to find out he didn’t confirm it on his side that’s why it was not visible to the customer service representative. I then called again and set up a pickup time that day from 2-4:14pm. I was informed by vital statistics it was picked up the next day the tracking did not show up resulting in me having to call again to informed they were not sure what happened no record of it being picked up and this was the same until Wednesday afternoon where I had to get it voided and now investigated. At this time I have to purchase a second birth certificate and another shipping label it is currently Friday October 10th and over 20 hours on the phone to have the second birth certificate now missing also. I have never been so disappointed and how rude multiple staff were is beyond embarrassing for them.

Roflmao I work nights remembered after work to go get my package about 130pm decided to do it before I go to bed but nope. sign on door says be back in 20min doors locked but a customer open it I ask is it going to be long thinking employee. But turns out more then 12 people waiting inside because no one is there...... Roflmao so much bad could happen at that moment all kinds theft to customers fighting or a fire.... just crazy and I've been up since 9pm yesterday 🙃 was it lunch time... short staffed... staff quite I'm waiting to go back.... you don't deserve 1 star...

I want to sincerely thank Adrees at this UPS location for his outstanding service. I had paid for express overnight shipping with receiver only signature required, but the package was redirected to this store, and the recipient was at work and unable to leave to sign. The delivery was extremely time sensitive, and waiting until Monday was not an option.
Recognizing the urgency, Adrees voluntarily offered to deliver the package himself after his shift ended. He went out of his way, on his own time, to ensure the package reached the recipient directly at her workplace.
I was initially very disappointed with the delay in delivery, but Adrees turned the entire experience around with his professionalism and generosity. He truly exemplifies exceptional customer service and deserves to be recognized for his efforts.
